I think they call this a thirst trap! 😜🔥 But hey, it’s my birthday! 🥳🎂 All I wanted was a beach, good vibes, and a drink in my hand! 🍹🏝️☀️ Puerto Rico is definitely delivering! 🇵🇷❤️ Chapter 47 is looking GOOD on me! 💋🔥 by @deedabeeeeee

Didn’t hit my personal goal—training could’ve been better and those cramps showed ALL the way out 😂 But I’m still proud! Marathon #23 and my 6th Abbott World Marathon Major star ⭐️🏅

Full marathon #20
world major marathon #4

MEDAL MONDAY- YAYYYY it’s so official that I’m now a member of the London marathon class 2021 🤩🤩🤩🤩 If I’m running a full marathon it must be a world major marathon because I’m boughie and spoiled like that. 😊😊🤣I didn’t properly train for the London marathon but I strongly believe in the fact that you should always be apart of cause that’s greater than yourself. So, since so many awesome people had contributed to my charity via fundraising. I had to show up and beat the sweeper. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 It was a huge blessing that the cut off time was eight hours and us back of the pack runners loved it.I hadn’t ran a marathon in about 2 years. I successfully completed the task at hand and I’m very grateful! No injuries!!

Hands, down The London marathon is my new favorite race. The crowd support was some of the most friendliest encounters that I have ever had running while black and abroad. This marathon race had been deferred due to COVID-19 last year. Glad I decided to just go ahead and do it! The COVID protocol for the race was subpar. However, they shut down just about everything for us runners. Running on the London Bridge was surreal and incredible!!!! We saw the London Eye, Buckingham Palace and a few other well known museums during our run. The energy was everything!!!! I actually enjoyed walking a few times but when it started raining. I started running again. 😊😎😊 The race was well organized considering the new normal of events these days. Yes, I would do it all over again! Also, this race was the worlds largest marathon ever! by @deedabeeeeee

Good vibes, beautiful souls, and Thursday morning miles with the Sole! 🏃🏽‍♀️💕✨

Every day we get to wake up, move our bodies, and do what we love is a blessing! We don’t HAVE to run, we GET to run! 🙌🏽❤️. 📸 @cltnativeagain by @deedabeeeeee

From 6+ hour marathons to a 4:54 PR—redemption is SWEET! 🏃🏾‍♀️💪🏾

Cannonball weekend included a Friday 5K, Marathon #24, Half #93, all 50 states + DC, and 6 Abbots World Major Marathon 🌍🏅

Huge thanks to Armani, Sole Circuit, Percent Run Club, my cheer squad, and everyone who helped trained with me.

A special thank-you to my friend who drove out to see me and stood in the cold waiting for me, and to my friend who talked me through that final mile when I was breaking down. I’ll never forget that love and support. 🥹❤️

Boston and Cape Town… you’re next! ⏳🔥

The legs are tired, the heart is full, and the dream is still running! by @deedabeeeeee

I GOT MY LICK BACK FROM SYDNEY! 🏃🏾‍♀️🔥💪🏾 Shaved over 45 minutes off my last marathon, secured my SUB-5, and walked away with a NEW PR! 🏅🙌🏾 Yep, I paid for a coach, trusted the process, and my running community supported me EVERY step of the way! This one hits DIFFERENT! ❤️🐝🔥 by @deedabeeeeee

Two FIRSTS for me today! 😩🏃🏾‍♀️ First time EVER losing my race bib, and my first time EVER running a marathon in the rain! 🌧️🤦🏾‍♀️ UGH! Not exactly how I planned to start these 26.2 miles, but here we go! 🐝💪🏾💕 by @deedabeeeeee

Yesterday, A TIME WAS HAD! 🥳💕 From the early morning miles to dinner, the laughter, the flowers, and the celebrations, every moment was a reminder of just how beautiful LIFE and COMMUNITY can be! 🥂✨

Here’s to more LIFE, more MILES, more LOVE, and more COMMUNITY! 🥂🏃🏾‍♀️💕 by @deedabeeeeee

One thing about me, I’m going to KEEP showing up, growing, glowing, and evolving! 💕✨

Do I know people talk about me? Absolutely! 🤣 But what they probably won’t tell you is how good I was to them, how much love I showed, and how many times I showed up when it mattered. And that’s okay. I don’t trip over one-sided stories because I know my heart, and God knows it too.

I’m not perfect, but I’m always evolving. No bitterness, no explaining, no proving. Just becoming a better version of ME! And baby, I’m nowhere near finished! 💋🐝✨ by @deedabeeeeee

Puerto Rico, you were everything I needed and more! 🇵🇷🌴💕 Birthday memories, beautiful moments, and a smile I’m taking home with me. Until next time! 😘✈️✨ ¡Adiós, Puerto Rico! ❤️ by @deedabeeeeee
