Cheers to everyone that came out to the first ever Local skate shop day! Held in Diamond Valley (they just recently changed the name from “Black Diamond”). Cheers to Colin from @rollick_co for allowing me to spin for 3hrs! Cheers to Seggie from @cousinsskateboarding for hosting the skate comp and cheers to everyone from Diamond Valley that made this whole thing possible! I want to also thank everyone who helped in fundraising to help pay for this park and the wonderful vibes we all had. Cheers to God for helping keep the rain away from us as we all skated! by @deejdeescustoms

Wanted to do something to inspire another skater! When I was young I went to skateboarding to free myself of negative thoughts/distractions & self doubt. Im grateful for the many good times I’ve had on wood under my feet! Keep shredding Jude, you’ll do great just keep practicing! Skateboarding is therapy to me! 💜🛹🐝 by @deejdeescustoms

Lisa Simpson Day of the Dead custom board for (Fresh) Prince (of Bel-air)! This pressed board is number 16 that I’ve made. I really enjoyed the part of this board when I tilted the board upright so the white pearls on Lisa’s necklace would have that dope paint drip effect! One day shreddin the west side park in Lethbridge I saw Prince rippin it up on the board I made for him! Made me so stoked to see another one of my custom boards being skated in the park I was at that day. It really made me feel more connected to the skate community and made me more excited to work on more boards in the future! @skratchbastid This is my 15th Board pressed! It was a split second decision to present the dope artist SkratchBastid a custom skate when he came to @lemf_yql I was planning on selling some of my skates at my booth for the Festival and I was like I really just wanna gift this Homie a board! His set was so much fun to listen and dance to. Would 💜 to see you Skratch live again. Keep mixing, keep dancing, keep skating! That’s whatcha gotta do in life to be happy! Do what makes you feel good! (This is why I Dj and make my own Mixes and Skateboards!). #goodtimes #chill #bumpinbeats #music #dj #mix #aye #happy #sun #goodvibes #beat #skateboard #skate #skating #wood #woodwork #15 #veneer #paint #project #getit #bruh #homie #lethbridge #alberta by @deejdeescustoms

This is my 14th Board pressed! I got my first ever Trinity knot tattoo in Lethbridge over at a shop called “Peppermint Hippo 🦛”! Awesome shop with cool artists there. When I entered @peppermint_hippo_tattoo and saw/noticed right away that there was a couple skateboards on the wall it made me feel at home! I told the owner that I wanted to gift them a board for their shop! I thought getting a lot of friends in Lethbridge to help paint their hands 🖐 and place it on the board as well as a couple puppy paw 🐾 prints on it too! #skate #skateboard #puppy #paws #hand #hands #paint #artist #trinity #knot #tat #tattoo #bruh #sk8 #happy #ireland #scotland #celtic #blackink #purple #tricks #ollie #kickflip #concrete #14 #entrepreneur #selfmade #business #businessowner by @deejdeescustoms

This is my 13th Board! I wanted my youngest Sister @leann.ramsay to have this one as a gift! It’s the Canadian Maple 🍁 leaf Tartan! How fitting since my boards are only pressed by Maple 🍁 Wood! Woop 🙌🏼 woop! This was one of three different Tartan designs I made. I pressed a Canadian Maple leaf tartan board, I painted on two colab boards for my Competition which was also the Alberta and Lethbridge Tartans that I’ll post later! If ye dunnae Ken whit a Tartan is it’s the material the Scots use for making Kilts! Every Color and line tells a story about the background of that Clan Mates! Noo yer aw smarter fer kennin that! Aye have Yous a guid day, Cheers ;) #sister #wee #scotland #tartan #kilt #heritage #family #blood #nevergiveup #keepgoing #chuffed #mate #irnbru #highlandcow #skateboard #gift #sk8 #skater #💜 #🛹 #aye #bruh #homie #ollie #kickflip #tricks #handmade #smallbusiness #entrepreneur by @deejdeescustoms

This is my 12th board I’ve pressed! I had the Talented graffiti artist @sonz1 help me with this design! He also had a lot of other graffiti Homies help out their tags up on this special street feelin deck! “Making Moves” board with “Every Child Matters” spirit! Keeping in mind and honouring the souls who went through and endured Residential Schooling here in Canada. Keep making those good & positive moves in your life that brings in happiness whether it’s skating on a board or enjoying the outdoors the list is endless! @rollick_co Cheers for the Town of Black Diamond and the team from Rollick to come to the skate competition and they did well in that years Comp! #happy #skate #sk8 #skateboard #music #canada #alberta #competition #selfmade #entrepreneur #purple #smallbusiness #endurance #mindfulness #peace #love #happiness #excited #spraypaint #art #artist #colab #painting #wood #glue #woodworking by @deejdeescustoms

This was my 10th board I’ve pressed! I throw a annual skateboard competition every year at the west side skate park in Lethbridge. I Dj and set up the event. I have locals and surrounding areas to come and enjoy the skills and talents and also a big cheers to all those who have helped me host and put on these events with prizes and good vibes! I can’t do this without you guys! 💜 I also love having other artists that through social media I’m able to see their work and dm them. I love working with other artists because I like bringing the art community together as well to help showcase their talent! @all.lucky.sevens helped me on this one, she painted the highland cow and I did the Tartan on the other side 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿! 🎨 Basically, my Skate company I create in my mind is all about including music/art/and the love and different styles of skateboarding to all come together as one event is a blessing to see come to fruition! Please come and enjoy the vibes at “DeeJDees Annual skate comp” it’s all aged categories and always has been only $3 to enter! Come try and win one of my Custom Colab one of a kind boards! This is my 9th Board! I went and Dj’d a couple of sets just outside of Red deer for the “Boombox Farms” venue! I had a lot of fun meeting new people, making new friendships and seeing how the other DJs spin/their own styles for their sweet sets! I decided to bring my “Drop mad Beets”. I announced on my sets that I make handmade boards and a Lassie named Morgan @morgan1111 came up to me and was like how much for your boards and she ended up getting one of my custom decks! Keep pushin on that concrete, keep dancing to those BEETZZZ! 🔊🙌🏼🛹💜 #canada #beats #beets #beet #beat #skate #a#skateboard #music #dj #deejdee #djing #discjockey #goodtimes #set #sets #bass #drop #808 #serato #musicbeats #satisfying #veneer #wood #entrepreneur #selfmade #goals #happy by @deejdeescustoms
