What an incredible day at UAMS! 🙌🏽

I was truly honored to serve as a guest speaker at the inaugural UAMS College of Health Professions Patient Experience Seminar! What a privilege to share my passion for human kindness and the human experience in healthcare with the next generation of healthcare professionals.

A heartfelt thank-you to Dr. @madileehowe for her exceptional leadership, vision, and passion for making this inaugural event a reality! Special thanks to Dr. @summerkhairi and Ms. @bcfitzhugh for their dedication to making the day such a tremendous success.

One of the highlights was connecting with some phenomenal community and healthcare leaders, including Dr. Lee Ann Jolly of @jolly.bodies and Jordan Gall from the UAMS Department of Patient Experience. I walked away inspired by the conversations, shared perspectives, and opportunities for future collaboration!

I’m incredibly proud of the work we’re doing at CHI St. Vincent and equally inspired by the outstanding work happening at UAMS. There’s so much we can accomplish when we learn from and support one another.

Collaboration over competition! ❤️ At the heart of everything we do is a shared commitment to improving the human experience for the patients, families, and communities we serve.

I’m honored to be a guest speaker at the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA) 2026 Managers & Supervisors Conference on June 9th.

Throughout my healthcare leadership career, I’ve learned that strong organizations are built by leaders who invest in people. How we communicate, support teams, recognize excellence, and create meaningful experiences drives culture, engagement, retention, and performance.

I look forward to sharing practical insights on leadership, employee experience, and building cultures where people feel valued and empowered. I’m also grateful for the opportunity to connect with leaders across Arkansas who are committed to helping their teams thrive.

Thank you to CAHRA for the invitation and opportunity to contribute to this year’s conference.

Register today at CAHRA.net and I’ll see you on June 9th!

Not your typical Monday morning… but when you’ve got the right team, even a root canal feels like a win.

Big shoutout to my guy Dr. @samuelrcasondds for taking care of me today with a root canal and filling. Always professional, always precise, and always looking out. Sam made sure everything was smooth from start to finish, and Mrs. Jill brought that same level of care and attention that makes all the difference.

Even better getting to go to another country boy from South Arkansas like me for my care. That trust and connection just hits different.

Absolutely the best in the business. They truly put the family in family dental care at @harrisreynoldscasondental

Grateful to have a team I trust.

Investing in the next generation of clinicians and leaders is always time well spent.

I had the opportunity to return to @astatept alongside my friend and colleague @andy.shatley to co-lecture on DISC Personality Assessment and Patient Experience. Our discussion focused on how leadership awareness and communication directly influence outcomes, both clinically and operationally.

This group of 2nd year DPT students was highly engaged, thoughtful, and clearly preparing to make a meaningful impact in our profession.

Thank you to Dr. Kelsie Clark for the invitation, the hospitality, and the great lunch at The Yard.

Always meaningful to give back to a program that has given so much to both of us.

Yesterday was incredible at the Young Professionals Summit here in Central Arkansas.

I had the privilege of co-leading a breakout session, “Launch & Level Up: Financial & Wellness Foundation,” alongside the amazing @oldavis15. She did a phenomenal job breaking down financial literacy and preparation in a way that was practical, empowering, and actionable for young professionals looking to build a strong future.

My role was connecting that financial foundation to something equally important: health, energy, and personal performance. Because the truth is, your wealth and your wellness grow the same way: through discipline, consistency, and long-term investment.

It was also great seeing my guy @_camcoleman, a hungry young professional who’s doing big things, and reconnecting with a few of my Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XL classmates. Those reunions are always special.

Year 2 of the YP Summit was a huge success. The energy in the room made one thing clear:

This is quickly becoming the premier event for young professionals in Central Arkansas.

Already looking forward to next year.

This is the week for the YP Summit here in Central Arkansas.

I’m looking forward to presenting during one of the breakout sessions, “Launch and Level Up: Financial & Wellness Foundation,” alongside Olivia Davis.

Young professionals often treat money and health as separate conversations. They are not. Your financial systems and your physical systems both determine how long and how well you can sustain success.

Olivia will walk through building a strong financial foundation. I’ll focus on building physical capacity, resilience, and sustainable performance.

If you’re attending, come ready to think long term. The goal is not just to look successful in this decade. The goal is to build freedom for the next one.

Looking forward to contributing and connecting with so many driven leaders across Central Arkansas.

We’re less than one month away from the 2nd Annual Young Professionals Summit, presented by Baptist Health, and I’m looking forward to being part of it.

I’m especially excited to team up with Olivia Davis as we lead the Money Moves + Wellness breakout session. We’ll be diving into practical strategies that connect financial stewardship and personal wellness because sustainable success requires both.

On March 5, young professionals from across Central Arkansas will come together for a full day of learning, connection, and inspiration. If you’re between 21 and 40 and intentional about sharpening your skills and expanding your network, this summit is designed for you.

Always good to see my brother @willie_hansburg. He stopped by the hospital to see me today after speaking at his alma mater.

Iron sharpens iron. It is critical to have the right counsel in your life, people who challenge you, sharpen you, and hold you accountable to your calling. That is what we provide for one another every day.

Grateful for brotherhood, alignment, and shared purpose.

’Tis the season!

A special shoutout to my Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XL classmate, Todd Price, for sharing this great photo of our class Christmas card.

Truly grateful for this exceptional cohort and the relationships, collaboration, and shared commitment to leadership that define this class. It’s a privilege to serve and grow alongside such an outstanding group of professionals.

Had the privilege of working with my client @just_hannah20 during her latest bodywork session, and she came ready with a professional photoshoot. 📸

Big shoutout to my guy @seang1993 of @sean_patrick_photography for the incredible headshots. Appreciate you, bro!
Y’all go check out his work—you won’t be disappointed!

Show 1 to Show 2 and I would say we made some major changes in 6 weeks! I cannot wait to see how we change for next season! I also have to give credit on my leg progress to my PT because without his torture treatments we may not have shown as much progress. by @dejuandanieldpt

What a journey! Leadership Greater Little Rock has been the best leadership experience of my career. I’m so sad to see this incredible cohort come to an end, but I’m beyond proud to graduate alongside such a dynamic group of leaders.

The friendships, the partnerships, the purpose — all of it has been unforgettable. Here’s to continuing the work together and helping make Little Rock even greater. #LGLRClassXL #LeadershipMatters #LittleRockStrong #GratefulLeader by @dejuandanieldpt
