Comment “train” to work with us! by @delaneyf_lax

@delaneyf_lax is coming along nicely 😍 by @delaneyf_lax

Want your passes to feel cleaner instantly? Stop waiting for the ball. 🥍

Delaney is working on receiving the ball with movement, not standing still and hoping the next play appears.

Meet the pass with your feet. Show a target early. Catch it soft, then move into the next action before the defense can close the gap. ⚡️

And there’s another level to it: your hands should be ready before the ball gets there.

That tiny detail gives you more time to scan, dodge, feed, or rip a shot. The best players do not just catch. They catch prepared. 😈

Build this into every wall-ball and partner session. Small details turn into big-time plays.

Comment "Stick Work" for in-person or virtual training. 📲
