This is me talking to myself and giving myself a little reminder of why I do this. And I do it because I LOVE it. ❤️

Low-key, I feel very comfortable teaching a small class. Don’t get me wrong, I love teaching to a full room, but I always get nervous when I have a big class.

I ended up having 5 riders, and they were AMAZING. They were whooing, taking on every challenge I threw at them, and most importantly, they (we) were having SO much fun. The exchange of energy in the room was incredibly high.

Sometimes, small classes tend to be the most challenging for me, not because of the number of riders, but because I can pay more attention to each person, and they expect the same. It just feels more personal.

Shoutout to the people who always show up for those time slots that aren’t always easy to attend, and to the instructors who still show up and teach. 🫶🏼 by @delia.maf

AOII we literally had the BEST time tonight!

⚡️We were both a little nervous going in, I was new to teaching a class for a sorority and for most of them, it was their first time ever riding!

But somehow, the nerves turned into SO much fun✨

AOII you were absolutely amazing tonight, unmatched energy, such a good vibe, and so willing to try something new. You are perfect and you made this experience SO special! 🥹🫶🏼
