Delicomb is 17 today. We originally opened at 1131 3rd Ave N on Oct 9 2009. Thank you all endlessly for taking this journey with me, and supporting my wonderful parents and coworkers. This pic is from a wilderness hike in Northern New Mexico last February. See ya and God Bless 💕. by @delicomb

Well we’re starting to wind down into the fall season over here; business as usual. FYI: we don’t even know if our building is even going to get sold or not, so we have zero plans of moving at this point. If it does get sold, probably nothing will change until at least 2027. So to be perfectly clear, it will remain business as usual. Thanks again for all your support! XODLCMB by @delicomb

Dear Delicombers,

After 15 wonderful years in business starting at 1131 3rd St N in 2009, then at 102 6th Ave N since 2013, our current location…things are changing again! Our current building is going to be torn down and redeveloped. While this wasn’t a decision we initiated, we’re embracing this unexpected turn as an opportunity for growth.

That said, we are not closing up shop—just working through the details of what’s next. We’re actively exploring new spaces and we have zero intention of closing shop. We are working together with all parties involved to end with a solution that benefits everyone involved.

In the meantime, we’re still here, still creating, and so grateful for your continued support and encouragement as we navigate this transition. The next chapter is coming, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Please let me indulge some answers to some questions:

1. Is Delicomb getting kicked out? NO
2. Is there a timeline? NO
3. Is Delicomb closing shop? NO
4. Is Delicomb selling and moving to The Bahamas? NO we love our jobs and being right here.
5. Is Delicomb seeking to relocate to another community? NO
6. Will Delicomb be the same at the next spot? YES, but hopefully even better.
7. Will there be a drive through window? NO
8. Will Delicomb provide entertainment at the new location? NO, I thought WE were the entertainment 😂
9. Will Delicomb have a new owner? NO; sorry guys we’re stuck with each other.

With love and gratitude,
Kevin Leonard Miller
