What does it mean to have a small family business?
-
Cindy: It means so much to my heart to be able to be close to my daughters and have a business where we all thrive for it to succeed. It takes a lot of work and each of us play an important part in making our small business successful. I love learning about our business and growing it with my daughters. Something I pray continues to grow.
-
Kylea: It says a lot about the kind of family we are, wanting to go into business together! We may be crazy but we love being together, laughing, and learning.
-
Laney: It had always been a dream of ours to start a small business within our family and since Della Rae & Co. was established in 2022 it has been nothing but giggles and memories in the making. We wouldn’t be where we are today without our huge support system which is all of you guys. Having this business between my sisters, mom & I it has been a learning and growing experience. We have gone from something so small selling a couple pieces of jewelry to now having a variety of inventory and adding customizable trucker hats. We have been able to bring in each of our personalities with the different types of jewelry and all the fun patches for our hats. We each play a huge role in this business and wouldn’t be able to do it without one another. I will forever be thankful we are able to bring all of our family love & laughter, and different talents to the table in our business and share it with each of our customers!
-
Kenzie: Being able to work with family means so much to me. We are able to learn and grow together as we watch our business bloom. I am very thankful to have such a close relationship with my family because this business couldn’t have happened without it.
