Nur Boxtrainer? Von wegen! 😂🥊

I would like to sincerely thank my team Seelandboxing for the amazing support – for the hard training, the strong unity, and for always believing in me 100%.
A special thank you also goes to @deloboxing, @ali_adilii, @vito193, and @izzet_senpai for your support and the valuable advice. I’m really looking forward to working with you in the future!
It was a wonderful evening for me. I will be back – stronger and better than ever before.
Thank you to everyone who was there. You are like a family to me.
2026, here we come. by @deloboxing

We’ve all had moments in our lives when we want to try something new. But often, we tell ourselves, “this is really hard!” and so we stop.

Trying new things and getting into new habits is wonderful. Learning new things is good for you. But even if we are aware of this, it’s hard to break out of our routines and make a change.

But if you take a look back, you will realize that nothing is ever easy at first. Everything, absolutely everything, takes effort.

Dont forget that everything is really hard before it gets easy.

Teachers Day

As today is the World Teacher's Day, I want to take this opportunity to thank my most important teacher.

No student should be annoyed or even scared by a good teacher. A good teacher finds the right words in the most important moments to emphasize the potential of his students, be it in sports, professional or private matters.

Emanuel Kuceradis was the one who, in a moment of my life, set the important words and aspects and thus showed me a path worth following. Today I can look back and say - THANK YOU - because it was the right way for me.

My teacher later became a good friend and today he is like a brother.

Thank you @emanuelkuceradis

Today there was a spontaneous training. Because our gym is closed for summer holidays, we met outside at 32 degrees. It was a funny but also hard workout. Thanks to all who were there.
