Seven years in, and this little spark has grown into something WILD and luminous.

@denfringe wrapped 💫 Across Denver and beyond, this festival keeps proving what happens when weird is welcomed, creativity is fed, and people are given space to show up exactly as they are. 85 shows. 20+ venues across Denver. Hundreds of performers and thousands of audience members.

Grateful doesn’t quite cover it. For the team who carries it, the artists who risk everything on stage, and the volunteers + community that keep saying yes to the out-of-the-box, the offbeat, the beautifully unpolished nature of it all. And to my soul friend and partner-in-crime, @annsabbah: your leadership, resilience, and unwavering belief in the arts and the Denver community that raised us continue to inspire me. Through your hardest seasons and lowest lows, you’ve shown up with your whole heart, time and time again. Big love, Ann. ❤️

What a privilege it is to build something this joyful, authentic, and wildly alive together.

This is what happens when we choose *authenticity* over polish. Connection over perfection. Expression over expectation.

Fringe fam forever 🫶🏼 Here’s to more of this….louder, braver, freer. ↠✧

Let connect! Join us Monday, October 5 from 6-8pm at The People’s Building as we gather the Denver Fringe community for the first time since this year’s Fringe! We’ll spend time catching up, sharing our latest creative efforts, and thinking forward to next year’s festival.

At 6:30 we’ll move to the new Blackbox space to hear stories from Fringe artists about how their shows came into being and what they learned in the process.

This event is open to all — the Fringe-familiar to the Fringe-curious and fans of the Fringe 💜 by @denfringe

We regret to have to cancel our Fringe EXPOSED event. Production comes with a lot of challenges and we understand the struggle people are experiencing. There is a lot to compete with for your time and money.

Thanks to those who purchased tickets and those who continue to support live local art. Unfortunately it’s too high-risk to produce this show relying solely on potential night-of ticket sales. We hope to bring you these important stories at a later date! by @denfringe

Congratulations to artist Joe Palec @joepalec and the Denver Fringe Festival @denfringe for getting the most votes for their incredible artwork in our last issue. Great original concepts make a big difference, as does choosing to work with local artists! We’ll be adding this piece to our hall of fame on our website (which you can view under the “Advertise” tab. And make sure to stay tuned for the next Denver Fringe!

It was also really cool to see Palec’s work displayed at @breakhauscoffeeshop. Really love what they’ve done with that space!

Thanks to all of our sponsors for putting in the effort to entice our readers with fun concepts. If you’re interested in placing an ad in Denverse, reach out to us at contact@denversemagazine.com. Join our community today! by @denfringe
