Yoga is not about how far you can go, but about being present with where you are. 🙏

Every body is different, and so is every practice. When exploring different poses, you might stay with the preparation, take it a step further or choose a different variation altogether.

Yoga invites us to listen, respect our boundaries and let go of comparison. It’s not about achieving a certain pose, but about discovering what feels right for your body today.

With over 60 classes a week at DNYS, there’s always room to explore, deepen your practice or simply move in a way that feels good for you.

Prefer to practice from home during the colder months? Enjoy 50% off our Unlimited Livestream Membership in November and December. Just €14.50 instead of €29 per full month. ✨

Stretch & Melt. 🌱

Start your morning with a little movement. Take 10 minutes to stretch, loosen up and gently wake up your body.

Move slowly, follow the rhythm of your breath and notice how your body feels along the way. There’s no need to rush or push yourself. Just enjoy the movement.

Here’s your morning flow:

☀️ Cat-Cows
☀️ Low Lunge to Half Split
☀️ Upward Dog to Downward Dog
☀️ Lateral Stretch to Mini Wild Thing
☀️ Yogi Squat to Forward Fold
☀️ Windshield Wipers

Save this flow for your next morning practice.

TRAINING HIGHLIGHT | Cacao & Truffle Facilitator Training 🌿

Holding space for others begins with learning how to hold space for yourself.

Our 8-Day Cacao & Truffle Facilitator Training invites you to explore the art of ceremony through a grounded, nervous system informed approach. One where presence, safety and integration matter more than intensity.

Throughout this training, we bring together ancestral wisdom and modern neuroscience. You’ll explore the ceremonial roots of cacao, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation and the science behind psilocybin, while learning how to facilitate with care, consent and intention.

Through guided ceremonies, personal exploration and hands-on practice, you’ll develop the confidence to hold space for others, whether in ceremonies, group settings or 1:1 sessions.

Whether you’re already a yoga teacher, coach or facilitator, or simply feel called to explore this path, you’re welcome to join. No previous experience is needed.

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHT | Embodied Truffle Sound Experience with Andert, Jantje & Lotte

What happens when we stop simply hearing music and start feeling it through our whole body?

An evening where live electronic music, a mini-dose of truffles and restorative yoga come together in an invitation to slow down, turn inward and explore the art of deep listening.

We begin with gentle breathwork and movement, allowing you to arrive in your body. From there, electronic musician Andert takes you on a live sound journey, combining modular synthesizers with sounds of Dutch nature, from birdsong to wind and water.

While resting in supported restorative yoga poses, you’re invited to explore whatever arises. To listen, feel and experience, without needing to put everything into words.

Throughout the evening, Jantje and Lotte guide you with care and presence, drawing on their experience in psychedelic bodywork and somatic practices.

A space for sound, stillness and connection, where everyone is invited to follow their own journey. 🌿

Curious to experience it for yourself? Find more information through the link below, including important psilocybin guidelines and contraindications.

Ever noticed how much quieter your mind feels after stepping off the mat? 🙏

In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali describes yoga as Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ, the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.

And perhaps you’ve experienced a little of this yourself. As you move through the asanas, your attention shifts from the constant stream of thoughts to the body, the breath and the present moment. Slowly, the noise begins to soften.

Not because your thoughts suddenly disappear, but because you create space between yourself and them.

Ready to experience it for yourself? With over 60 classes every week, from Vinyasa and Yin to Restorative Yoga and Meditation, there’s always a practice to meet you where you are.

TRAINING HIGHLIGHT | 2-Day Sequencing: Learn how to build Intelligent Layers in a Vinyasa Class with Moena

A good Vinyasa sequence is more than a collection of poses. It’s a journey where every movement has a purpose, building towards something greater. 🧘‍♀️

During this training, Moena will guide you through the art of intelligent sequencing. You’ll learn how to create well-structured, thoughtfully layered Vinyasa classes that feel natural, balanced and intentional.

From understanding different pose categories to breaking down peak poses, you’ll explore how to build sequences that prepare the body, support different levels and allow your students to progress safely.

Because teaching isn’t about constantly reinventing the wheel or coming up with the most creative flow. It’s about understanding why you teach what you teach.

With over 16 years of teaching experience, Moena will share her knowledge and practical tools to help you find more confidence, clarity and creativity in your teaching.
