POSTS STORIES REELS

This week was soooo good for soooo many reasons! Tim and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with a mini-vacation in Orlando and unplugged. It was absolutely what we needed!!

Over the past 19 years since we've been together, we have gone on some amazing trips, and we both agreed this week was definitely one of our favorite trips together.

Every day was fun, being playful with each other, relaxing, enjoying every day with ease, and spending quality time together that we don't always get on a daily basis. We loved every bit of it!

Let's see what the next 10 years brings our way! by @denisemarsh_

Picture this... 🍷🇮🇹

You're sitting at a beautiful Tuscan winery, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards.

There's a glass of Chianti in front of you, a delicious lunch being served, and wonderful women gathered around the table.

The conversation is flowing. The laughter comes easily.

And for once, you're not thinking about everything waiting for you at home.

You're simply THERE.

Present. Enjoying. Living. 💜

This is just ONE of the experiences we'll share during The SELFIE Homecoming Retreat, April 26–May 1, 2027.

We'll spend a beautiful day exploring Siena, San Gimignano, and the rolling hills of Chianti, discovering the history, beauty, food, and wines of Tuscany along the way.

But here's what I want you to think about...

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to experience something simply because you wanted to?

Not because you earned it.

Not because everyone else's needs were taken care of.

Simply because this is YOUR life, too.

That's part of what The SELFIE Homecoming Retreat is about.

Celebrating the woman you've become while remembering there's still so much life to enjoy.

And I'd love to share a glass of Chianti with you! 🍷💜

Only a few days left to save $1,000 on this experience! Our early-bird opportunity ends October 31.

Curious about joining us?

🇮🇹 Visit the link in my bio to explore the retreat and schedule a complimentary Love Chat. It's simply a relaxed, one-on-one conversation where we can connect, talk about the experience, and answer any questions you may have. No pressure, just conversation!

It's OFFICIAL! Tuscany 2027 is LIVE! 🍷🇮🇹💜

I've been so excited to finally share this with you!

The SELFIE Homecoming Retreat: Celebrating the Woman You Promised Yourself You'd Be is happening April 26–May 1, 2027, in beautiful Tuscany, Italy!

Imagine wandering through charming Tuscan villages, sipping incredible wines where they're made, sharing unforgettable meals, laughing with new friends, and having the freedom to slow down and simply enjoy your life.

But this is so much more than a trip to Italy.

It's six days intentionally created for you to reconnect with yourself, celebrate the woman you've become, deepen your self-friendship, and remember that this one beautiful life of yours deserves to be enjoyed NOW.

And there's something especially meaningful about this experience. Tuscany will be my final international R.A.W. SELFIE Retreat. After years of creating these experiences for women around the world, I can't imagine a more beautiful place to celebrate this chapter.

The retreat webpage is officially live, and I would LOVE for you to explore it!

You'll find all the details about our Tuscan home, the places we'll visit, our wine experiences, what's included, and how to join us.

🍷 Visit the link in my bio to explore Tuscany 2027!

And if you have questions or want to see if this experience is right for you, I'd love to connect during a complimentary Love Chat.

Tuscany, here we come! 🇮🇹💜

Live your life now! by @denisemarsh_

You can have a day that feels fun and a bit painful at the same time.

Embrace every bit of it! It's part of this human experience we have. You'll be ok! by @denisemarsh_

Sometimes taking your power back looks like simply letting go. by @denisemarsh_

There are some rooms you walk into and you just KNOW you were supposed to be there. ❤️

Last night was one of those rooms for me.

I had the honor of being the Keynote Speaker for Tampa Bay Exceptional Women, and from the laughter and hugs to the conversations happening around the room, there was something incredibly special about watching women simply connect with other women.

And somehow, while I was there to pour into them, the evening poured right back into me.

I spoke about reconnecting with ourselves beyond all of the roles we carry.

About becoming honest enough with ourselves to ask:

How am I REALLY doing?

What do I need more of in this season of my life?

What is one way I can show up for myself this week?

And about learning to find within ourselves some of the things we so often go searching for outside of ourselves.

One of the things I shared was:

"I already belong to myself. And now I get to discover who I'm meant to connect with here."

The conversations afterward. The questions. The hugs. The women who purchased copies of Do It For Your SELFIE. The stories they shared with me.

ALL OF IT.

I know God's hand was in how this opportunity came together, and I'm so grateful the founders trusted me with their community.

I also walked away knowing something else...

I found a community I want to be part of.

So yes, Tampa Bay Exceptional Women, you'll be seeing me again.

There are parts of what last night meant to me that I don't quite have words for yet.

I just know it felt special.

And today, I'm letting myself carry that feeling with me. ❤️ by @denisemarsh_

It's more than OK to give yourself what you NEED when you need it, and say NO to everything else when the moment calls for it. by @denisemarsh_

A message and reminder for whoever needs it. by @denisemarsh_

This past weekend, I visited @thelodgeatwoodloch for my 4th time as the featured weekend presenter, leading workshops on self-honoring, self-trust, and self-sovereignty. I had meaningful conversations with incredible people, shared stories, laughter, and those beautiful moments when you can almost see someone reconnecting with themselves in a new way.

This visit was extra special because my mom joined me as my guest. Watching her enjoy the resort, sharing meals together, and simply getting to experience it all side by side was something I'll treasure for a long time.

And then there was a new adventure...

This year I was also invited to serve as the wine expert for Woodloch's Chef's Dinner Experience with @chefkatewoehrle as the super talented Chef, guiding guests through five wines paired with an incredible garden-inspired menu. As a Certified Wine Specialist, it felt like such a natural blend of two worlds I love deeply: personal transformation and wine.

The best part? I've already been invited back again next year.

Round 5.

Every visit reminds me that opportunities often arrive through consistency, relationships, and simply continuing to show up as yourself.

I left with a full heart, new connections, exciting possibilities, and a deep appreciation for this season of life.

And yes... I still believe miracles are everywhere, because they are!!! by @denisemarsh_
