pour into your people.

@hormozi said it first.. buy shit from your friends businesses and try and get free shit from strangers. not the other way around.

that’s it, that’s the post.

the things you need most to move forward with your vision?

they’re free.

intuition.
movement.
consistency.

when what you’re building is going to change how people feel in their bodies, their days, their lives, it asks to be built this way.

yër intuition already knows the way.

you just have to stay in the water long enough to feel the current 〰️

that little voice that asks, “what if they judge me?”

remind it gently… the universe didn’t craft galaxies just for you to fear being misunderstood. you carry ancient light. yër meant to be seen. yër meant to be heard.

in a universe this boundless, where stars burn and tides shift on their own time… the thought of others were never meant to be your compass 🫶🏽

choose yërself. choose what fuels you.

it might even be the whole point…

what if going offline was the best thing you could do for yër online business?

lately, I’ve been thinking about how often we equate presence with productivity. how showing up means being seen, posting, engaging, creating. but what about the quiet?

what about the space between scrolls where ideas actually breathe?

if you’ve ever taken a full day away from your screen, you know. the clarity. the calm. the sudden flood of creativity that only comes when you return to simply ~livin.

maybe the rhythm isn’t about logging on or off, but learning to listen.. to when your energy feels full and when it’s asking to rest.

that’s the work. that’s what depth can bring 🤍

a few things that have been helping me bring more energy into the everyday… setting timers (on an iPhone, go to settings → screen time → app limits → add limit)

this weekend, I was chatting with the sweetest woman, Maree, who told me she saved her own name in her phone as “Wasting Time.” so when her social media timer goes off, it reads.. “Are you done, Wasting Time?” ooouf.

& lately I’ve also been focusing on separating creation from consumption and protecting my mornings as completely phone free.

curious, what’s the digital boundary that’s been helping you feel most at ease lately? by @depththeory

Travel isn’t just about where you go — it’s about how you go. 🌍✨
In this replay episode, Kelly Fischer shares how slowing down, embracing discomfort, and staying curious can turn any trip into a journey of self-discovery.

Whether it’s sipping coffee in Italy or getting lost in a small village, intentional travel helps you reconnect with the world and yourself.

a time where expansion feels less like a pursuit,
and more like a soft unfolding.

switching fuel from dopamine to oxytocin. guided not by urgency, but by joy.

not by proving, but by presence.

time is moving like she’s barefoot in linen, and all i want is to savor it. one swim, one belly laugh, one squinted eye towards the sun, one scoop of gelato at a time.

can we all meet up soon, hearts open and cones in hand?

there’s something about seeing a space come to life in real time. choosing materials, textures, and colors that interact in the physical world.

over the past month, i’ve had the most rewarding opportunity to work on a residential interior design project that’s really inspired and pushed me in ways I didn’t expect.

flooring, fixtures, furniture, wallpaper, and selecting slabs of marble—things that tap into a different part of my brain, a side of me that doesn’t always get the chance to stretch its creative muscles in the digital space.

it’s made me reflect on the process of creating in new ways—like immersing yourself in a project that challenges ya to use a different set of skills. something outside of your usual work that uncovers talents you didn’t know were there…

goes without saying, but i’m so grateful for the trust my amazing partners have placed in me to bring their vision to life. it’s such a sweet season, and i hope you all find something that lets you explore new creative pathways and unlock those hidden talents just waiting to come to the surface 💭
