Living like I prayed for. 🥂📈
Attended the Pan-African Psychology Union (PAPU) Higher Education Conference ✨
As a psychologist, engaging in continental discussions around education, innovation and policy always hits home for me.
For me, the most important part of psychology is how it translates into everyday life, building resilience, fostering self-reliance and making sure humans have the practical skills needed to thrive in any environment.
Growth, intellect, and grace in every room entered. We keep building. 🧠💡

And just like that, We’ve entered the eleventh month of the year.🎉🤍
Eleven months of lessons, growth, beautiful moments and experiences.
I want to end this year on a beautiful note.
So, I’m giving NOVEMBER a meaning of its own. Each letter represents an intention, a hope and something beautiful I’m looking forward to in this last lap of the year.

I’ll begin with N — NEW BEGINNINGS on this slide, and the remaining letters will unfold as you swipe through each slide.

N — NEW BEGINNINGS❤️
I’m embracing new beginnings with an open heart. New chapters, fresh perspectives and opportunities to discover more of what I’m capable of. I’m giving myself permission to evolve, to step into unfamiliar spaces and to welcome everything that aligns with the woman I’m becoming.🤍

O: OPPORTUNITIES❤️

May this month open doors that align with purpose. Opportunities to learn, grow, explore new possibilities and occupy spaces I once only imagined. May I have the discernment to recognize them and the courage to make the most of every opportunity that comes my way.

V: VICTORY❤️

Not every victory comes with applause. Sometimes, victory is overcoming a difficult season, showing up when things get hard and refusing to give up on your dreams. This November, I celebrate the victories I’ve achieved and welcome the ones still ahead.

E: EXCELLENCE❤️

This month, I choose excellence in my thoughts, my work, my relationships and my pursuits. Not perfection, but a continuous commitment to becoming better and making every opportunity count.

M: MIRACLES❤️

Some of life’s most beautiful moments are the ones we never saw coming. This November, I remain open to unexpected blessings, answered prayers and beautiful surprises. May the things I’ve quietly hoped for find their way into reality.

B: BIG WINS❤️

I am making room for bigger achievements, greater milestones and moments worth celebrating. May my efforts produce beautiful results, may my hard work speak for itself and may I never become too comfortable to dream bigger.

E: EXCITING NEWS❤️

May this month bring beautiful announcements, pleasant surprises and reasons to smile. News that brings relief, opportunities that bring excitement by @derathedera

Just a little glimpse of what the past week has looked like growth, beautiful spaces and good people. Grateful for September, for the opportunities that found me and the little moments that keep reminding me that there’s so much more ahead. 🪷 by @derathedera
