Sunscreens not the only way to stay protected. Grab a wide brimmed hat and some sunnies. #vacation by @dermjem

How it started vs how it’s going First day of rotation vs the now 😆 by @dermjem
Don’t forget to hydrate your SKIN! As we know winter is coming and I’m not talking bout Game of Thrones. Now is a good time to start a good hydrating regimen to lessen the chances of #eczema or #psoriasis flares or even #dryskin . Prevention is always better that treatment. Get yourself a great moisturizer with #ceramides 💧 How to apply: within the first few minutes of showering, on damn skin. Moisturizer need moisture to make it more effective. If you apply it to dry skin... it doesn’t work well. 💧How often you should apply: one to two times daily 💧Who would benefit: everyone, especially those with eczema, psoriasis or chronic dry skin. 💧My favorite: Cerave cream La roche-posay cicaplast baume b5 La roche- posay lipikar balm Eucerin . . . . #skincare #skincareroutine #moisturizer #eucerin #larochrposay #acne #dryskin #dermatology #dermpa #botox #injector #aestheticinjector #aesthetic #skininfluencer #skintreatment #skinexpert #microneedling #chemicalpeels #skinspecialist #melaninmagic #melanininpower #njmedicalspa #njspa #njfacials #njinjector #njskincare #blackdermpa by @dermjem

Sexism and Misogyny in 2020 ?!? I heard there were some unprofessional healthcare providers on social media strutting their stuff in swimsuits. All I see are women wearing beach attire. This post upsets me because as a “curvy “ woman having large breast and huge hips, I always look like this no matter what I put on. It’s a body get over it “sexism” will not be tolerated. I STAND with my fellow healthcare professionals. #physician #surgeon #nursepractitioner #physicianassistant #nurse #medbikini. No mention of the men in the article 🤔 . . . . #medkini #medbikinisexism #healtcareprofessionals #sexism #selfcare #womanphysician #resident #medstudent #pastudent #prepa #bikini #lifestyle #femalephysician #womeninmedicine #misogony #curvywomen #curvywomen #iconswim #microinfluencer #discoverunder1k #discoverbeautyinfluencers by @dermjem
#odetotheoutdoors I found myself thinking about all the things I’ll do once I’m #outside again. How grateful I’ll be,once this is over. How I’ll never cancel plans again or take advantage of the freedom to do so. Instead, live life to the fullest once things change. I then realize that, that’s exactly what’s wrong with the picture. Always waiting for something to happen to be able to enjoy it. So, as of today I’ll be trying my hardest to enjoy what’s in front of me, and I challenge you to do the same. Let’s enjoy what we do have...let’s enjoy #inside while we still have that. . . . . . . . . . #physicianassistant #nursepractioner #palife #paschoolproblems #nurselife #onfrontlines #nurse #doctor #doctorlife #blackinjector #womeninmedicine #frontline #frontlineworker #nurse #ppe #dermpa #dermatology #plasticsurgerypa #plasticsurgery #medicineblogger #travelinginmedicine #travelingdoc #pabae #paschool #pastudent #prepa #doctor #melanininmedicine #melanindocscholarship by @dermjem
