🍽️ A Taste of Odisha, A Story of Passion! ❤️ Some places serve food, while some places serve an experience! Today, we visited DESIII BY SMRUTISREE, a beautiful and aesthetic restaurant in Bhubaneswar, founded by Chef Smrutisree Singh, a familiar face from MasterChef India Season 6. From being a MasterChef contestant to building her own culinary identity, Chef Smrutisree has been following a beautiful dream — bringing the authentic flavours of Odisha to the world. 🇮🇳 And today, we got to experience that passion through food! ✨ WHAT WE TRIED TODAY: 🍗 Chicken kosa 🍤 Coconut malai prawn 🍖 Mutton kosa 🥔 Traditional Alu Poda 🧄 Amula Lasun Chutney 🥗 Fresh Green Salad 🍚 Steamed Rice Every dish brought something different to the table. From the delicious non-vegetarian preparations to the simplicity of traditional Alu Poda and the flavourful garlic chutney, it was a lovely combination of desi flavours. 🏡 THE AMBIENCE One of the things we loved was the restaurant’s aesthetic atmosphere. The interiors, presentation and overall dining environment made the experience even more enjoyable. 👩‍🍳 A STORY BEHIND THE FOOD What makes this place even more interesting is its founder, Chef Smrutisree Singh, whose journey through MasterChef India Season 6 reflects her passion for cooking and her vision to showcase Odisha’s culinary heritage. Because food is not just about taste; it’s about culture, memories, creativity and emotions. 📍 LOCATION: Desiii By Smrutisree, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. A lovely food experience, beautiful ambience and a little taste of Odisha on every plate! Definitely an experience worth capturing! ❤️ #DesiiiBySmrutisree #SmrutisreeSingh #MasterChefIndia #MasterChefSeason6 #OdiaCuisine OdiaFood TasteOfOdisha BhubaneswarFood BhubaneswarRestaurants FoodBlogger FoodPhotography FoodReels OdishaFoodies DesiFood ExploreOdisha by @desiiibysmrutisree
