Do you ever feel dysregulated when it comes to everyday tasks—like even simple things can feel chaotic, overwhelming, or hard to start or finish?

For some people, especially those who are neurodivergent, this isn’t just occasional—it can be how their mind operates much of the time. That’s why patience, understanding, and practical support from others can make a real difference for someone who might be quietly struggling.💫

Families shape how neurodivergent children see themselves. 💫

With support and understanding, a child feels safe, confident, and accepted for who they are. Families also advocate for their needs and help others understand them.

That support can turn 'differences' from something isolating into something empowering. 💛

The arts can be especially valuable for neurodivergent people because they offer ways to engage, communicate, and succeed that don’t rely on narrow definitions of “typical” learning or behaviour. 💫
