Add her Saturday 9:30 class to your list ✔️

Kimberly is comprehensively certified through Club Pilates and continuing her education through bridge training with Balanced Body. She loves personalizing private sessions as well as progressing students through small group classes. Whether you’re starting your Pilates journey or have years of experience, each session is designed to meet you where you are. Kimberly has worked with people from all walks of life- mothers rebuilding strength postpartum, clients recovering from an injury, cross-training athletes, or those simply looking to improve their core strength and mobility. What Kimberly finds most rewarding is helping clients see how strong they are and build community in their weekly Pilates practice. by @destinationpilates
