Day 5 of 22 burpees a day 🇺🇸❤️

Today was a little more special because my boys joined me. 🥹 We do this to honor our veterans, raise awareness for veteran suicide, and most importantly, to honor their daddy. ❤️

Teaching them that even the smallest actions can carry so much meaning. Forever keeping his memory alive. 🕊️🇺🇸 #22aday #veteransuicideawareness #22burpees by @destiny_diciccio

I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has been showing up and doing their 22 burpees a day! 🥹❤️ Whether you’ve been posting videos, sharing mine, or simply participating, it truly means so much to me!

This is so much bigger than just 22 burpees. It’s about raising awareness for veteran suicide and mental health, and reminding those who are struggling that they are NOT alone. 🇺🇸❤️

Seeing everyone come together for something that means so much to my heart is honestly amazing. I’m beyond grateful for every single one of you! 🫶🏼 #fyp #22aday #mensmentalhealthawareness #veteransawareness #mentalhealthawareness by @destiny_diciccio

Nobody really talks about how hard it is to rebuild yourself.

There was a time in my life when I didn’t recognize the person looking back at me.

I was going through things mentally and emotionally that nobody could see.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I needed to start showing up for myself.

Fitness became so much more than just losing weight or changing how my body looked.

It became my outlet. My peace. That one thing I could do for myself.

And I’m not going to sit here and tell you every day was easy. Because it wasn’t.

But looking back at where I started and where I am today, I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming.

And I’m still becoming her. by @destiny_diciccio

It’s more than just showing up and lifting weights. It’s building confidence, getting stronger, and enjoying the process along the way! 🫶🏽 by @destiny_diciccio
