Details no one asked for: March Nails 💚

This month I decided to go with something different and I’m indifferent about it lol.

I’m typically a French tip type buttttt I’ve been wanting to try “Jade” nails for a while.

Fun fact: Jade symbolizes harmony, wisdom, balance, protection, and is said to bring good fortune. And what better month to do so!

Details no one asked for: Ballet Noir | Galentine’s Edition 💕

Last weekend I attended an event curated by @blackwomenunplugged where we got to stretch, unwind, and indulge in luxury. This event was an all pink, ballet noir, barre and yoga themed inspired workout at the @holayogamn studio in Minnetonka.

We learned different ways, not only to stretch our bodies, but to be intentional with them through movement.

We received self care gift bags, took professional photos, made a toast, and there was even a giveaway at the end. Be sure to follow out both @blackwomenunplugged & @holayogamn for more classes and events.

What are some things that you have done to be intentional about moving your body this year?

Details no one asked for: Clear skin is NOT a linear journey.

It’s taken me about 10 years to perfect my skin care routine and even then I don’t always get it right because our skins need constantly change as we age.

But what I did get right is this all natural oil that helped my skin from acne breakouts, flareups from eczema, and hyperpigmentation.

I have a few samples that I want to give away for the girls that struggle with their skin. It’s natural and it plumps, hydrates, reduces hyperpigmentation, and helps skin barrier.

This oil can be used on the face and body and will be available for purchase soon ✨
