Last night was all about fire, flavour, and beautiful pairings ✨🔥

A Woodfired, Grilled & Smoked dinner where every dish was matched with a curated selection of Australian & New Zealand wines 🍷

From flame-grilled tiger prawns and woodfired scallops, to smoky venison carpaccio and a perfectly cooked Angus sirloin… finished with a delicate fruit tart — every detail was thoughtful, honest, and full of flavour.

Experiences like this remind me why I love hospitality so much ❤️

For now… you’ll find me at Tapas with Marta
But something new is coming soon 👀

A simple yet perfect tapa: Spanish cured meats, full of flavor and tradition. Nothing beats a good selection of jamón, chorizo, and manchego cheese with a glass of wine. Cheers to Spanish flavors! 🍷🧀 #SpanishFood #TapasTime #CuredMeats #FoodLovers #TapaLovers #SpainEats #Charcuterie #HomemadeTapas by @detapasconmarta

It's all about "Jamón" 💃
Freshly sliced, very thin, with small slices served on a plate. It is usually eaten straight with fresh sourdough bread on the side. It goes amazingly well with melon (as a starter) or on bread and olive oil rubbed with tomato 🍅 yum 🤤
