A heartfelt thank you to the Sierra Center for allowing us to be part of such a special community event. 🤍

This one meant a little more to us than most. Our founder attended school here in Curtis Park, so being able to return to the community that helped shape his early years, and now give back to that same community was truly special.
So much of what we’re building today was fostered right here in Sacramento. Being able to celebrate, connect, and give back to the community that helped shape our story is something we’ll always hold close to our hearts.
And speaking of celebrating… 🥂

Our Grand Opening for Mimosa House Curtis Park is October 15th! 🎉 We’d love for you to join us as we officially open our doors and celebrate this incredible milestone.
🎶 16-piece Big Band
🥂 Complimentary bubbles
🍴 Complimentary small bites
✨ And a whole lot of celebrating!

Come raise a glass with us and be part of this monumental occasion. RSVP through the link in our bio so we know you’re coming!

The Cuvée Club is popping up again. And this time, we’re not doing it alone. 🌼💀🇲🇽🕯️

This year we’re throwing the doors open with The Ramos Family for one night you’ll be hearing about for months.
Picture it. Candlelight on a massive ofrenda. Marigolds everywhere you look. Mariachi so close you feel it in your chest. A room full of people dressed to the nines for the ones they love and miss, glass in hand, dancing like somebody’s abuela is watching.

Una Noche Para Recordar
Día de los Muertos · Sunday, November 1
6:30 to 9:30 PM · The Cuvée Club at The Mimosa House, Granite Bay

Come dressed to honor. Come dressed to celebrate. Our La Catrina & El Catrín Best Dressed Contest crowns the best dressed among the departed, with $500, $250 and $150 in gift cards on the line.

Bring the whole family. All ages are welcome, and the little ones get their own activities table.
Here’s the part we have to be honest about. The room only holds so many, tickets are already moving, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. This is the night your friends will be posting about on Monday. Be in the photos.
Tickets at the link in our bio.

Con cariño,
The Ramos Family & The Dedier Family

Had the honor of attending the very first Rainbow Bridge Dinner in Folsom! My husband was one of the 4 local chefs to lead this. To witness the back end of all their time, hard work and passion be shown and appreciated by other Folsom locals was truly beautiful. I applaud and commend all the chefs, all the staff, all the organizers and the Choose Folsom @folsomchamber team for pulling this off. To my husband: I couldn’t be more proud. I love you! 🤍 #rainbowbridge #choosefolsom #chefswife by @devinlouisdedier

Thirty plus restaurants. Thirty wineries. One ballroom. Visit Sacramento took Legends of Wine and The Grand Tasting, smashed them together, and gave this region a night that finally looks like what we actually are.

We showed up with Valarde Foods and made one bite.

Crab roll. Tarragon aïoli. Candied guanciale. Lobster jam. Burgundy truffle shaved right over the top.

We do not want you studying your food. We want you closing your eyes for a second and then immediately telling the person next to you they have to try it.

Elegant. Zero fuss. Fun and fancy free.

Shoutout @valardefoods for going in on this with us. Shoutout Visit Sacramento for building something this city deserved. And shoutout every single person in that room doing the unglamorous parts nobody films.

Cuvée Club. Granite Bay. October. This is exactly what it’s going to feel like.
