Meet Devon @devonplasterart ! She’s a mixed-media artist who bares her soul by expressing what BPD is like for her through her art. . . . . ____________ The BPD bunch is a weekly YouTube talk show, featuring a panel of people who are in functional recovery from Borderline Personality Disorder. Each week we discuss BPD-related topics to help give you insights into the different ways BPD can be expressed in someone’s life. We also cover the different paths we followed on our recovery journeys to give you hope and direction for your own ❤️ We’re currently on a break between seasons, but will be back on the 22nd of February! Follow on Instagram, subscribe on YouTube (link in bio) and turn on notifications to be the first in the know! . #borderlinepersonalitydisorder #actuallybpd #borderline #BPDsuperpower #DBT #bpdcommunity #bpdrecovery #hashtagbpd #borderlinepersonalitydisorderawareness #bpdwarrior #copingskills #mentalhealthrecovery #endstigma #dialecticalbehaviortherapy #emotionalwellness #livingwithanxiety #itsokaytonotbeokay #breakthestigma #dissociation #eupdrecovery #emotionallyunstablepersonalitydisorder #eupd by @devonplasterart
Truthfully, I have appreciation for those who have wronged me during this journey. It is those who have hurt me that have provoked motivation to change my relationship to the problem. Having BPD wasn’t a moral problem that I had; it was how I viewed myself FOR having BPD. It was the shame that society and “friends” and treaters had influenced in me. For those who have harmed me, strangely, I thank. They helped me find the courage to be transparent about my story and to advocate for for what I care so deeply about. I love this dialectic.💗 #watercolor #collage #selfworth #healing #hashtagbpd #borderlinepersonalitydisorder #bpdawareness #dbt #trauma #recovery #bpdmemes #mixedmedia #ptsd #bpdwarrior #bpdsurvivor #mentalhealthart #bpdartist by @devonplasterart
