I want to give thanks to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for dying for me before I was even thought of and rising three days later so that I can have the opportunity to have and be in relationship with Him and the Father. I’m so thankful for being on this walk with Christ and being able to make the decision to get baptized to publicly show my love/devotion to Him and that I’m being made new! I was so nervous and excited all at the same time but it was so worth it 🥹I’m so excited to continue this walk and be able to be a vessel for Christ and unrecognizable like Him❤️ #happyressurectionsunday 💗 ~ Ephesians 2:8-9💗 ~Matthew 3:16💗 ~2 Corinthians 5:17💗 by @devoted._k

For the longest I tried to make sense of what I am supposed to write in my testimony and when am I supposed to share it or even how I’m supposed to present it. In worrying about the little details I was being disobedient to what God told me to do which is to share because the time is now . Here I am being obedient to the Lord not worrying about how it sounds or even what people think about it. I’m so grateful for everything the Lord has freed me from and hope in hearing this you realize He did the same for you🫶🏽 by @devoted._k

Yesterday I officially graduated from Rare Essence Academy Mastery Program as apart of the inaugural class!🥹 I am super grateful for being able to be apart of a space that not only cares for the integrity and wholeness of natural hair but the wholeness of the person in their chair. Understanding that I get to be apart of someone’s journey of loving themselves and I get to pour in their cup with lots of love , compassion, and a spice of hyping them up as well. Thank you @rareessenceacademy for creating a space to teach stylists how to be a whole, professional and excellent stylist. I want to thank my classmates for being able to push through these last 12 weeks and continuing to show up. Thank you to my family for me even being at Rare Essence and always pushing me to see things in myself I couldn’t see. Most importantly I thank God for being so intentional and the Sovereign King He is in my life in knowing this was exactly where I needed to be in this season of my life!❤️🌹 #Classof2024🎓 by @devoted._k
