Friends! hope you enjoyed our Halloween bash! I feel that it was a fun gala that we can just let loose and relax for the Halloween weekend.

The funness keeps going - because this Friday (the 6th) we are back with the Med-star group in Gaithersburg, Maryland - for afternoon meditative yoga starting around 4 o'clock. Like the last, the event is free, and you are under no obligation to buy or take part in any Medstar wellness treatment. But if you do, for our event, you get 50% off such. A nice deal indeed.

RSVP with the email or number listed on the flyer, and hope to see you there!

Friends! Yes! - we're adding a U-too component to our current Jack Scannell madness gala with a Halloween ice-skating session tonight in Columbia, MD!

The ice rink has a special Halloween public skate session for some masquerading fun - "starting at 9:30 this evening!" I plan on being there!

So DM me to meet up, and let's do it!

In the meantime, here's more spooky madness from our J.S. Halloween gala! -->
