“I help people move like warriors again.”

Not bodybuilders.
Not influencers.
Not kids doing trends.

People who feel:
⚔️ tight
⚔️ disconnected
⚔️ stressed
⚔️ slower than they used to
⚔️ like the fire inside is fading

I rebuilt myself through:
• Rope Flow
• Mace Training
• Nervous System Re-patterning
• Proprioceptive Rewiring
• Animal-based movement

And now I’m teaching it.

I’m building a community for people who want to restore:
• fluidity
• strength
• confidence
• presence
• and a warrior mindset

WAS KEVIN MAZEIKA AHEAD OF HIS TIME?

While serving as the U.S. Olympic Men’s Gymnastics Head Coach, Kevin Mazeika was also building something special at Houston Gymnastics Academy (HGA).

4× NCAA Champion David Henderson Jr. reflects on the environment Kevin created, the importance of surrounding yourself with athletes who push you to be better, and the self-driven culture that helped shape a generation of gymnasts.

Today, we see that same philosophy reflected in his work at EVO Gymnastics in Florida.

Great coaching doesn’t just develop skills. It develops self-driven athletes.

GYMNASTICS IS SERIOUS FUN!

Gymnastics is challenging enough. Sometimes a little laughter makes the journey that much better.

Work hard. Push yourself. But don’t forget to have FUN!

ONE BAD DAY DOESN’T DEFINE YOU.

FROM GYMNASTICS TO FIGHTING FIRES! 🔥
From NCAA Champion to Disney, Cirque du Soleil, and now firefighting!
For David Henderson Jr., gymnastics built more than strength. It taught him how to stay calm under pressure and face the uncomfortable.

BEYOND GYMNASTICS.
From our early days training together at Houston Gymnastics Academy under Kevin Mazeika to reuniting at the University of Oklahoma, where we won the 2005 NCAA Team National Championship under legendary head coach Mark Williams, David and I go way back!
But his journey didn’t stop when competitive gymnastics ended.

From performing at Disney and Cirque du Soleil to taking on an entirely new challenge as a firefighter, David’s story is a powerful reminder of just how far gymnastics can take you.
We reconnect to share stories from our championship days, life in the entertainment industry, and the lessons gymnastics taught us that continue to shape our lives today.
And trust me, there are some GREAT stories in this one! 🔥
