Weekend dim sum at @diamondbayseattle was perfect! Ordered all of the classics, everything was so good! The spring rolls were ultra crispy, the salted egg custard buns oozed like lava, and the rice rolls were the perfect texture. Everybody ate until we were stuffed!

Newest dim sum spot in the ID by @diamondbayseattle

📍Diamond Bay @diamondbayseattle in Seattle, WA (Chinatown-International District @cidseattle )
💸 $20-$30 per person

Diamond Bay @diamondbayseattle is CID’s newest restaurant made of 2 parts:
✨ A banquet hall serving dim sum and other Cantonese dishes
✨ A quick casual spot where you can find their specialty roasted meats and more!

We were super excited to try their dim sum out during their soft opening, along with other creators in Seattle! ❤️

We got to try a variety of dim sum dishes, as well as some main platters from their all-day menu. Our favorites were the shu mai, green beans and duck (both the roast and peking duck were delicious)! 🥹

The space was also beautiful! I could definitely see the grand banquet hall being perfect for family gatherings or celebrations! 🥳 They also had two small lots of parking, in addition to street parking. 🚗

During our visit, service was slightly slow and kitchen was backed up but I think this is just apart of their opening phase and will hopefully improve in the coming months! 🩷 We are excited to revisit in the future to get our favs and explore more of the menu! ☺️

Thank you so much @diamondbayseattle for having us and letting us preview the food/restaurant! 💌 Be sure to give them a try! ❤️

Seattle's newest dim sum restaurant is now in the CID: @diamondbayseattle 💎

Shared a table with @jennayylim & @erich_eats last week to check out Diamond Bay in Seattle's Chinatown International District 😍 we've been on a dim sum kick lately so we were super excited to check them out.

The interior was giving wedding & banquet vibes. And the dim sum was good, especially that Peking duck. I'm always down for more dim sum spots. Check out Diamond Bay in the CID!
