Life has this wonderful way of showing us what needs to be tended to with deeper care and attention. Whether it be our relationships, our work, our daily lives, or ourselves, something calls us to be more curious; more vulnerable, even, in the questions through which we shape our truth;

“What makes my heart happy?”
“What kind of wife do I want to become?”
“What feels truly nourishing” -even just in this moment, especially in this present moment, as it is all we truly have to give ourselves to and receive from.

When we give ourselves to the moment as it is, it has an exceptional - at times almost unreal - way of mirroring things back to us. It’s almost as if life feels grateful that we’re finally present with it. Like a child eager to show us all it has learned and is now capable of, now that we’re finally looking.

So I can’t help but stop and marvel when I notice how a feather falls through the air and spins its way down like a tiny helicopter as gravity pulls it to the autumn ground. Or when a giant leaf has fallen on top of a car, making it look very chic. 💁🏽‍♀️

I fell in love with myself in January.
I came home to my power in August.
I gained confidence in love when love reached out to me.

And now life feels so utterly calm, warm, and settling - as if the perfect foundation for a new beginning has been laid.

I am thankful for the small handful of friends who know my silence and still feels my love. I am thankful for my mother, who celebrates my happiness even more than her own. I am thankful for my two beautiful children, for whom improving as a human on a daily basis is no hard task at all - more an honor, really.

And I am thankful for this gift called life.
I love it
… so much 💒

To you who reads this: May moments of peace find you and stay with you a little longer. May gratitude for what has already happened in your life hum in your chest.

And for all the things coming in the nearest future, whose outcomes you may still be unsure of.
May you tell yourself; “I am happy how that worked out,” making room in your heart for the things yet to come. 💗

Lots of love,
Diane Soa

To be honest, I only have the Blue Sage & Lavender smudge stick and the Clear Quartz Energy Generator left, as my children have hijacked the rest 😂🙌🏽

I love how intuitively children know what to bring in their pockets to school! Today, my daughter brought her little rose quartz tower to “show and tell” 🫶🏽 I really love that!

But I’m also the one gifting my friends’ children crystals or telling them how to create a little energy altar beside their bed 🕯️

This @mindfulsoulscom subscription box definitely felt like it was “for sharing” in our little home 🫶🏽

If you’d like a little support or toolkit as well, use the discount code “SOA35” to receive 35% off your order! Comment “yes, please,” and I’ll send it straight over ✈️

All the best to you and your family!
