#contemporarymusic #experimentalmusic #improvisation

An experiment in interlocking music and shared sonic spaces #socialcomposition #contemporarymusic #freeimprovisation

Die Unwucht explores the moment when familiar forms break down and the purely acoustic vibration takes on a life of its own. The saxophone and percussion do not engage in a classical dialogue, but rather undergo a shared process in which the pure presence of sound takes center stage.

Priming“ as a shared practice—internalizing a rhythmic form, altering its pace, and transforming it into divergent tempos driven by one structural idea and the freedom to explore it #socialcomposition #experimentalmusic #outdoorrecording #creativemusic by @die_unwucht

We absorbed this special energy during our rehearsals in the garden. Now we’re trying to bring that exact feeling back to life on stage. Ultimately, live performances are about feeling the essence of the present moment—the transformative power of the here and now. It’s about experiencing the ecstasy of a shared vocabulary that we’ve developed through rehearsals—and at the same time, the absolute freedom not to have to use any of it.

An attempt at collaborative phrasing and ornamentation Part TWO and YES, we really love this studio. The acoustic canopy of the trees, the birds, the gentle breeze—an incomparable soundscape that shapes everything we play. Nature as an incomparable backdrop that gives us peace and a absence of expectations, while at the same time holding infinite creative energy within it. #socialcomposition #contemporarymusic #outdoorrecording

As we combine the old with the new and work through a form, we manifest and embody our shared vocabulary, until the boundaries between structure and intuition completely dissolve #commonstructure #saxophone #drums #socialcomposition #experimentalmusic by @die_unwucht
