Easily the coolest supercar of the 21st century. In a time where so much innovation was going on, Horacio Pagani wanted to create driveable art, and that he did.
The Pagani Zonda burst onto Top Gear’s test track with everything to prove, and every time it cane back, it only got better, faster, louder, crazier. But it maintained that Analog experience. Pagani still offers that to this day, yes there’s a LOT of tech on the Hyuara and Utopia, but both offer you the ability to have a proper analog experience, with out of this world performance.

This was sitting in my drafts, but here’s some Hotwheels vs True 1:64
Let me start off by saying, I’m not throwing hate on Hotwheels, they cost $1.25 and $6.99, you shouldn’t expect perfection, but we all started with them 🤷‍♂️
These pictures show off differences in key details such as Scaling, detail, casting and wheel quality between a $1 and a $20 car (mustangs) and a $7 vs a $16 car.
The Mini GT Spirit of America GTD and the Tarmac Works Mazdaspeed Type A show off impressive attention to detail, with complex badging, interiors, wheels, and headlights.
The hotwheels feature more ‘decals’ for lights, cast in spoilers, and overall less attention to detail, but they are more durable and roll much better than most of the collector diecasts. MiniGT however is starting to grease their axles, so the GTD at least rolls very nicely.
Both the Mazdaspeed and GTD feature rubber mirrors mounted properly to the doors, the hotwheels GTD has mirrors cast in, but mounted in the front window. Strangely, the HW Premium HKS RX-7 doesn’t feature any mirrors at all. by @diecastworld_usa

We’ve got walls!
Every week or 2 I’m going to add something new, and try to add a new car every 2 weeks.
Stay tuned! by @diecastworld_usa

Phase 1 is done, the display case has been made, over time I’m going to fill it with props and decorations, but for now I have a nice, bright place to display the cars safe from the kitty by @diecastworld_usa

What’s he building in there?? by @diecastworld_usa

This is the Forbidden Fruit of Mustangs. You want one, you know you do, but you can’t afford it. And if you can, you can’t get one. Only 30 units were made, none were street legal, and all of them were very badass.

The level of detail on this car is incredible, and I’m absolutely over the moon that I was able to get ahold of a Spirit of America as well. This GTD looks amazing from every angle, the casting is beautiful, it rolls amazing, and it has great weight. I’m thoroughly impressed.

The 2025 Mustang GTD, in my opinion, the baddest machine on the market right now.
Yes there are faster cars on the street, but as someone who’s first car was a ‘94 Rio Red Mustang GT, the fact that the fastest current production car around the world’s most gruesome race track is a MUSTANG? That’s too damn cool.

My favorite modern car being produced, the FL5 Type-R.
Yes it’s a 2025, but also yes, it manages to feel like a proper 90’s Honda Hatch.
