life just keeps getting better by your side! I love you baby ❤️‍🔥 by @dietitian.faby

You stop restarting every Monday.
You stop “saving calories” for dinner.
You stop labeling foods as good or bad.
You learn how to adjust instead of quit.
You build habits you can actually maintain.

golden days 💛 by @dietitian.faby

we were taught to obsess over outcomes
> smaller body
> a number on the scale
> the “after” photo
& somewhere along the way, we forgot the real goal is becoming someone who consistently takes care of herself 🌟❣️🌸
The body you want is built by the habits you consistently repeat & it ends up giving you SO MUCH more than a different body! It becomes the foundation that carries you through busy seasons, stressful seasons, pregnancy, motherhood, and everything in between.

so if no one has told you lately..: keep showing up. keep eating to nourish your body. keep moving. keep taking care of yourself 💋

If you’re trying to lose fat in 2026, this is a reminder your body needs ✨

I actually see this every day.

a lot of people think the shot is going to fix all their problems, but once appetite drops, eating enough protein, meeting nutrient needs, maintaining muscle mass, and supporting energy levels can become a real challenge.

the medication can help regulate appetite for a period of time, but it doesn’t teach you how to nourish your body or build habits that support long term health.

anddddd here’s the part that doesn’t get talked about enough: GLP-1 is a hormone your body already produces.

protein, fiber, exercise, sleep, and stable blood sugar all play a role in supporting your body’s natural GLP-1 response and overall metabolic health.

I’m not against these medications. They can be a valuable tool for the right person. But they’re not a replacement for nutrition, and they don’t address the foundational habits that support lasting results 🗣️
