After nearly three months of learning, engagement, and impact, we are proud to conclude the Digital Democracy Ambassadors Project
The project was implemented through three key phases:

Phase One:
Training and empowering young people on digital democracy, digital citizenship, and active participation.

Phase Two: Participants transferred their knowledge and skills to communities across different governorates through awareness sessions and activities.

Phase Three: Launching three digital advocacy campaigns aimed at promoting awareness and civic engagement.

The project also included the production of digital educational content that helped spread key messages and reach a wider audience.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all participating young men and women, as well as our partners and supporters who contribute by @digidemocracya1

In a world where the internet has become an integral part of our daily lives, protecting our data and privacy is no longer an option… it’s a necessity.

A single click could lead to the loss of your information or put you at risk, but your digital awareness is your first line of defense.

Protect your accounts.

Don’t share your personal information.

Verify before opening links.

Activate your digital security measures.

The Digital Security Campaign, launched by the Digital Democracy Ambassadors in the northern governorates (Irbid, Jerash, Ajloun, and Mafraq), aims to promote awareness of the safe use of technology and build a more informed and resilient digital society capable of confronting cyber risks.

Be aware… Be safe… Your digital security is the key to your freedom in the digital world.

Building an impactful social media story starts with a clear idea, a meaningful message, engaging storytelling, and ends with a call to action.
A great story doesn’t just tell—it creates impact.

Digital privacy is the right of individuals to protect their personal data and information while using the internet and digital platforms. Maintaining privacy is a shared responsibility that requires awareness of information-sharing risks and the safe use of digital security tools.

The third phase of the Digital Democracy Ambassadors project involves designing digital advocacy campaigns across various regions of Jordan.

The second campaign, in the Central Region encompassing Amman, Balqa, Zarqa, and Madaba, saw ambassadors launch a campaign focused on verifying information before sharing it.

This campaign aims to combat fake news, warn against unreliable sources, and promote publishing according to standards and criteria based on credibility and accuracy.

The third phase of the Digital Democracy Ambassadors project involves designing digital advocacy campaigns across Jordan. The first campaign, launched in the southern region (Aqaba, Tafila, Ma'an, and Karak governorates), focuses on digital electoral violence.
This violence, whether it manifests as bullying, defamation, rumors, or hate speech, threatens democratic participation and restricts freedom of expression.

Let's create a safe and respectful digital space together.

One way to promote digital civic engagement is to expand opportunities for individuals to participate in public issues through digital platforms, enabling them to make their voices heard and contribute to decision-making.

In the Digital Democracy Ambassadors project, we tried to answer two questions: How can we promote digital civic engagement? And at the same time, why do we seek to practice and promote digital civic engagement?

The ambassadors of digital democracy are not just a number, but a single spirit with deep roots.
Through cooperation and giving, they make a difference.
Their motto is: Towards community-led digital civic participation.
