Already own land on Center Hill Lake?

Building on a steep lake lot doesn’t have to feel complicated.

At D.I.G., we begin with the land. We study the grade, access, likely site costs and the best view opportunities before the floor plan takes shape.

From there, placement, foundation, orientation and architecture are developed together. Because design and construction are integrated, decisions are made with a clearer understanding of how they affect both the budget and the finished experience.

We build on lake lots. It’s what we do.

DM us now to schedule a site visit or tour an existing D.I.G. project.

Imagine having this waiting for you on Friday.

Slow mornings. Coffee with a lake view. A kitchen made for staying in, and a home that gives you room to exhale.

This is our kind of weekend at Center Hill Lake.

DM us “LAKE” for details about this D.I.G. home.

Building on a Center Hill Lake lot starts before the floor plan.

We look at access and grade, light and views, and the ground and water conditions that could shape the build. These real D.I.G. site photos show why the first conversation should start with the property.

Own a lot, or considering one? DM SITE for an initial conversation about what to check before you draw the house.

Middle Tennessee custom homes should make room for a Wednesday afternoon, not just a Saturday night.

At D.I.G.’s completed 33rd Avenue project, this workspace pairs a simple desk with daylight, full-height glass, and the deck just outside. It is a small example of a bigger design question: how should your home support the hours you actually spend in it?

If you’re planning a custom home, tell us what everyday moment you want to design around. DM BUILD to start the conversation.

UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Congratulations to my sellers! It has been a privilege to be part of this process and watch a dream come true.

From buying the land and clearing it to building this beautiful home, it has been incredible to watch it all come together.

The attention to detail, the finishes, the positioning, the pricing, and the marketing strategy—so much thought went into every step. I love it when a plan comes together! ❤️ by @digllctn

Before you choose a builder, look at the finished work.

The kitchens, living spaces, stairs, baths, and outdoor rooms here come from three completed D.I.G. residences: Sigler Street A, Sigler Street B, and 33rd Avenue. Different homes, each with details you can see up close.

Looking for a custom home builder in Middle Tennessee? DM BUILD and tell us what you’re planning.

Planning a custom home on Center Hill Lake or elsewhere in Middle Tennessee?

At D.I.G., design and construction move together. The room layout, materials, lighting, and site decisions are carried through the build instead of treated as separate pieces.

If you’re thinking about building, DM BUILD and tell us where you are in the process. We’d like to hear what you have in mind.

199 Deer Path Court is one example of our work.

A warm modern lake home needs contrast. At 199 Deer Path Court, the wood slat fireplace wall brings warmth. The black metal and glass light fixture cuts through it with just enough edge. That balance is one of our favorite details in the living room. Built With Intent. by @digllctn

A warm modern lake home has a second season.

At 199 Deer Path Court, a linear fireplace sits inside a wall of warm wood slats. It is a place to come back to when the boats are put away and the evening runs long.
