I am a 50 YO working mama, and I completed Six World Marathon Major.
For me, running marathon is not about the pace or the race, it is about the Process and the Journey.
It is a living proof that there is no such a thing like Too small, Too late, Too weak, Too Old or Too CRAZY to reach your dreams.
Just work on it, Pray for it.. And Get It.
Boston is tough, But I did it🥺.
Thank you so much my support system for the past 7 years, You know who you are.

Selamat Hari Batik Nasional❤️ by @dinarohali

This is just a Throwback holiday post… and a tiny update on Maura and her BPD journey .

Remember last year, I wrote a little about Maura and her BPD journey, when she had just started her DBT therapy?

Alhamdulillah, now she has completed her DBT, kondisi emosinya jauh lebih stable, dosis obat juga sudah diturunkan dan sekarang cuma obat malam. And most importantly, she looks much happier 🥹

Meminjam istilah Maura sendiri, “I am more zen now.” 😆

She finished her last semester really well, mostly straight A’s, only one B+ 😆, sosialisasi sama teman-temannya juga cukup baik. Masih ada episode-episode kecil here and there, but ledakan emosi yang dulu cukup sering terjadi sekarang hampir gak ada lagi.

And somehow, this Sydney holiday made me realize how much progress she has made.

Dia menikmati liburannya, happy jalan-jalan sama keluarga, tapi juga sudah lebih kenal kondisi dirinya sendiri. Kalau capek, she knows when to stop, pilih stay di apartment dan istirahat, gak maksain harus ikut semuanya.

Apalagi beberapa hari sebelum berangkat, dokter baru nurunin lagi dosis obatnya. We were a bit worried about the withdrawal effect during the trip, tapi Alhamdulillah… almost none.

Still a long way to go, pasti masih akan ada ups and downs.

But she’s happier now, more stable, and knows herself better.

And as her mom… that means a lot

Alhamdulillah for every little progress.
One step at a time.

P.S. Posting this with Maura’s consent, of course

Self-portraits since 2010.

Never get tired of falling in love… with yourself.

Not in an NPD kind of way, of course 🤣
but enough to know your worth, take good care of yourself, and make your own happiness matter.

You’re allowed to get tired. You’re allowed to have bad days.
Just don’t forget — life is short.
So embrace it, enjoy it, and keep choosing the life that makes you happy.

And through it all, never forget to be grateful.
Alhamdulillah, always. ❤️ by @dinarohali

One night in Melbourne with my other sisters. 🤍

Ternyata, No plan is the best plan. 🤣

From “see you when you get home” to “see you tomorrow.”

Awalnya Amel @ameliatasmaya ke Melbourne, Dina ke Sydney. Sama sekali gak kepikiran bakal ketemu karena cuma short trip.

Eh pas Ain @arlienpanambang tiba-tiba ikut ke Melbourne, yaudah… Dina langsung dadakan nyusul. 😂

Sekalian ketemu Pepsi @pepsi_ismail & Gerda @goodmorningjolie eh dapet bonus peluk @dianafikri07 & Berta juga.

24 hours. Zero plans. Endless laughs. 100% happiness. ❤️ by @dinarohali
