I was invited to no 11 Downing Street to a small business owner reception hosted by Rachel Reeves. Would never have dreamed I would be somewhere like that! It was an honour and a privilege to be invited and what an experience. Thank you Sarah Owen MP for the opportunity, recognition and talking me up to all your mp mates 😅. by @dionne384

🚨 SQUID GAME: FBL EDITION 💀😂

Someone’s being dragged off to their doom… but HOLD ON A MINUTE! ✋🤣

IS THAT BAD POSTURE?! 😭

Forget saving lives, we’re saving SPINES! 💪😂

Because at FBL, even elimination comes with a form correction! ❤️

Been here just under two weeks, gymed most days. Not lost not gained and some may see that as a result but not for me. Looking forward to getting back home to my normal food types. Must must must try and find time to fit the gym in when I get back 🙏 by @dionne384

New season new threads. Excited to be coaching for Rugby Women Fc ⚽️ for the 26/27 season. Looking forward to the challenges of tier 3. A fantastic club with talented players and some great staff. A real team environment. To my Dons girls I really enjoyed my time with you and I will be keeping a close eye on your development ❤️ by @dionne384
