@kimuraya_anantaradowntown is the first of its kind in the UAE with a menu designed by the Japanese Chef and interiors by cutting-edge designer Mayuka Kojima, Kimura-ya provides an Authentic Japanese Izakaya-style dining experience, without borders. The menu features iconic Traditional and Modern dishes from Japanese Hotpot to Yakiniku, Sushi, Specialty Ala Carte items. The Beef Gyoza and Ebi Tempura were the stars of the meal, while the Spicy Shrimp Ramen impressed with its rich, flavorful broth. The Chicken Ktsu was perfectly crispy and cooked just right.

The Kimchi was a little milder than expected, and while the Udon Noodles and Spicy Salmon roll were decent, they didn’t quite stand out.

Overall, a satisfying lunch with a few standout dishes—I’d come back for the Ramen, Gyoza, and Tempura only. by @dish.a.day.dxb
