This summer is lit and it’s just starting!! by @dispaceye

$¯\_(ツ)_/¯ here’s some photos you didn’t ask for by @dispaceye$

Here’s the recipe!

Making the dough:

Mix in a large bowl
3/4 Cups of warm water with
1/4 oz of Dry active yeast
And 1tsp of granulated sugar

Then let the yeast mixture rest for 5-7 mins

Then add 2 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1tbsp olive oil

Mix with wooden spoon in bowl

Flour surface and kneed dough

Get a large bowl, coat the bowl in olive oil. Then place your dough in the bowl and cover with damp towel or plastic wrap

Then let the dough rest for an hour in a dry, room temperature atmosphere. The dough should grow in size.

Toppings:

After an hour, set your oven to 450°F and lightly dust your baking sheet with flour and place the dough on it forming the dough into the desired size you want.

Top it with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. I also added Italian herbs on top on my pizza. Add your favorite pizza toppings (mine is pepperoni) And finished it off with some fresh basil.

Throw the pizza into the oven for 12-17mins. And bon appétit.
