One for the books @bashollander❤️‍🔥 Team Teach is a very powerful tool that often takes practise and/or knowing each other really well. We went for it in Stockholm and I think we did pretty well😎🙌 Bouncing off each other in the final block of track 7 turned out to be my favorite part of our class🤩🤩🤩❤️‍🔥 #lesmills #lesmillslive #lesmillslivestockholm #lesmillsnordic #adidaslesmills #adidas #rpm #lesmillsrpm @lesmillsnordic @bodybikeinternational by @dittesommerw

In the Group Training space Strength is not a physical result of lifting heavy weights to me - it’s a mental state that allows me to affect other people around me to “lift heavier” physically, mentally and emotionally and I’m addicted to the ripples✨🤩✨ In my strongest, happiest element💚💚💚

It doesn’t matter if it’s your own training, your weekly group training class, or an instructor quarterly event/workshop — that 1% better is all about showing up.

You just gotta show up. 😎

Then we’ll get better together.

Let’s be real – no gym crowd, no sleek bun. It’s that simple. 😂 Summer holidays don’t change my training gear… they change my hairstyle. 😂

And can we all agree? Optimé tights = squat day approved any day. 💪 It’s that simple. 😎

Why do we start every BODYSTEP training with a Mobility Warm-Up? 💥

Because great movement starts before the workout begins.

The Mobility Warm-Up is one of my favorite parts of the workout because it increases joint mobility, activates key muscles, and improves movement quality before training so we are ready to step, jump, lunge and move with confidence😎

Within just a few minutes the Mobility Warm-Up:
✅ Improves our range of motion
✅ Enhances coordination and stability
✅ Increases performance
✅ Reduces the risk of injury

It’s not just about getting warm - it’s about moving better from the very first track🙌
