What if a heist crew could edit their own past in the middle of the job? If they could turn back time?

🚨 CALLING ALL CHAOTIC TWITCH CREATORS 🚨

Do you make content for people who are tired of the same old internet? Do you like queer art, musical theater, ridiculous bits, and/or making your community do something slightly unhinged for a good cause?

Paradox Opera’s Fundraiser Raid Train is coming back—and we want YOU.

Last year was gloriously chaotic. We had over 25 creators band together to raise $10,000!! This year, we’re making it bigger. 👀

We’re looking for Twitch streamers to join us for a week long raid train Oct 19-25 raising money to support new, unapologetically queer opera. You do NOT have to be an opera streamer. You just have to be willing to have fun, bring your community along, and help us make some art happen.

Applications are OPEN now and due September 22!

👉 Apply here: https://forms.gle/vUyMKqmpwKqynkMf6

PLEASE don’t wait until the deadline—we’d love to have you with us!

Good news, Paradox Pals: the time has come to officially unveil our 2026–2027 season!

This year’s programs feature a LOT of new and exciting music, and we can’t wait to share it all with you. Tickets are on sale NOW, and early buyers get a HUGE discount—so don’t wait!

Our season kicks off with CRITTERS, CREATURES, & CRYPTIDS, a concert of animal-themed art songs performed by Alissa Roca, Gwen Hyland, and Daniel Seyfried!
Featuring music by Steven Serpa, John Duke, Samuel Barber, Benjamin Britten, Lee Hoiby, and more—including the WORLD PREMIERE of Everything What’s Wrong of Possums, an unhinged song cycle by Patricia Wallinga and Danny Lavery.

Then we’re celebrating the final Classical Open Mic Night for the foreseeable future, bringing back our PXO Raid Train on Twitch, and hosting a special VIP Preview Fundraiser for our newest commission...

And in January, after two years of development, we’ll present the WORLD PREMIERE of Paradox Opera’s first major commissioned work:
The Genders of Gybberidge
A comic operetta by Gwen Hyland & Vince Gover
Three queer students. A prestigious magical university. One student comes out as transgender. And a whole lot of confusing support, backlash, and magic ensues.
It’s a timely and deeply personal new work in a familiar (but legally distinct) setting—and we can’t wait for you to experience the story we’ve created together.

2026–2027 is going to be a big one.

TICKETS: https://www.paradoxopera.org/2627season

Please note: Tickets are available ONLY directly through Paradox Opera. Please don’t buy from third-party sellers or anyone claiming to have extra tickets. And seriously—early buyers get a huge discount, so buy your tickets NOW!
