Welcome to third round of Techno Sundays in a heart of Helsinki.
This time we are excited to welcome the amazing Sam Oak to our lineup, alongside Techno Sunday founders FIILIA and RÜNNO.
Don’t miss another brilliant selection of hypnotic sounds.

Here are the set times for upcoming Sunday:

🟪FIILIA 16-19
Northern-born, FIILIA explores the deeper side of techno through hypnotic grooves, rolling tribal percussion, and organic soundscapes. Expect waist-moving grooves and mind-expanding rhythms.

🟪Sam Oak 19-21:30
Sam Oak is a techno-focused DJ whose sets are built around strong rhythms and hypnotic layers. As a DJ, he draws inspiration from several different genres, bringing versatility and his own recognizable touch to every set

The year 2026 has started strongly for Sam Oak, as he performed at the Lördagis event at the beginning of the year alongside two well-known Finnish DJs, Jori Hulkkonen and Miia Magia.

Now Sam Oak is directing his energy towards the Techno Sunday event in Helsinki, which will take place at Delgalleria Espa on 19 July 2026. Through his music, Sam Oak brings his own vision of techno to the event — an energetic, deep, and atmospheric experience.

In his free time, Sam Oak also produces his own electronic music, combining different moods and influences from the world of electronic music.

🟪RÜNNO 21:30-00
RÜNNO is an Estonian-born, Helsinki-based DJ, founder of Velvet Meltdown and co-founder of Techno Sundays.

Rooted in progressive sounds, trance, and psychedelic influences, he crafts immersive journeys built on emotion, tension, and energy. His purpose is to create a space where people feel free to truly feel, allowing the music to become a shared experience of connection, release, and self-expression.

For this set, RÜNNO explores the harder edge of techno through hypnotic grooves, relentless momentum, and psychedelic atmospheres. Expect a fast-paced journey of rolling rhythms, raw energy, and immersive sound designed to keep the dancefloor locked in from start to finish.

¡Ay, caramba! Tällä kertaa soitan ensimmäisen tunnin musiikkia suoraan kultaiselta 60-luvulta. Kun 60-luvun pölyt on laskeutunut maahan niin otetaan pässiä sarvista kiinni ja kokeillaan keinua hetken aikaa afro funk, cumbia ja salsa akselilla. Kyllä kai väliin mahtuu hieman Hammond-groovea eli tätä myötä alkulämmöt ovat taatut.

Tämän jälkeen siirrytään funk ja acid jazzin tahdittamana kohti pop ja rock osastoa. Seuraavaksi kuula lentää kohti progressiivista rock osastoa ja tämän tahdeissa keinutaan useampi hetki.

Toukokuussa mennään asteen kovemmalla setillä kun ravintola @loiloirooftop vaihtaa isomman pykälän silmään. Illan aikana DJ Yagura laittaa levylautasille jungle ja drum and bass helmiä sekä DJ tmuckle syöttää house ja italo klassikoita minkä kerkiää. DJ Sam Oak lämmittelee illan mittaan asiakkaita downtempolla, trip hopilla ja funkilla.

Ravintola @loiloirooftop viettää vappubileitä 30.4.2026 klo 16.30 alkaen. Illan musiikista vastaavat @ainomehtala , @rudiruuskanen ja @dj.sam.oak

DJ Rudi on pitkän linjan DJ ja aloittanut keikkailun jo 70-luvun puolivälissä. Uran varrelle on osunut moninaisia keikkapaikkoja aina lähiöravintoloista yökerhoihin ja klubeihin. Tämänhetkinen soittolista kulkee pääasiassa soulin, funkin, triphopin ja elektronisen musiikin välimaastossa. Tule ja koe elävä legenda!

DJ Ainosti syöttää vappuna levylautasille jos jonkinlaista musiikkia. Musiikkityylit kulkevat yhtä kovaa kuin idän pikajuna ja huhun mukaan kyytiä saa fennodisco, disco house, italo ja synthpop. Saattaapi tulla oikein hiki tätä kuunnellessa.
