sometimes it’s hard to decide what to do, what jobs to apply for. because what’s your impact anyway? you’re so small and insignificant.

now i see my face at the mainstation next to the words: fortschritt statt fossile. i’m part of this huge greenpeace campaign; and yet i’m just a face on a poster.

i studied environmental science at eth, bachelor and master. finding a job that fits seems impossible. instead i do small jobs with sweet people. my degrees feel unnecessary at that point.

i could throw myself into regret and despair. but i choose to look back and appreciate that all this studying, all the people i met along the way, made me who i am today. trying my best to live a sustainable life, shape sustainable futures, and be happy.
