🥇🥇 DOUBLE GOLD IN SEOUL 🇰🇷 M3 Super Heavy @ibjjf Seoul International Open 2026 GI Champion 🥇🥋 M3 Super Heavy @ibjjf Seoul International Open 2026 NO-GI Champion 🥇🔥 MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. 🙇🏽‍♂️ Taking DOUBLE GOLD back home to Australia 🇦🇺🥇🥇 Another step on the journey. Another challenge completed. Grateful to God, my family, my team, my students and everyone who continues to support me. ❤️🙏🏽 Thank you, Seoul 🇰🇷 Thank you all for everything. ❤️ The journey continues… 🐊 #IBJJF #SeoulInternationalOpen #DoubleGold #BJJ #Jiujitsu by @djabjj
@ibjjf Kuala Lumpur IO 2026 🇲🇾🫡 Heading back home with the same feeling: I have to keep working to make my dreams become reality. 🙇🏽‍♂️ 🥇🥇🥇 3 Golds 🥉 1 Bronze 🤼 One match 💥 One rib injury ❤️ And a lot learned. As I get older — and hopefully more mature 😂 — I’ve started seeing life from so many different perspectives. My mind 🧠 is more open than ever, and I’m grateful for that. Every competition is different. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. And sometimes it takes a little longer to understand what God is trying to show you. This time, I truly felt like God was testing me and telling me something. I understand. I respect it. 🫡 And I’m listening. 👂🙇🏽‍♂️ For me, it’s always God’s plan. 🙏🏽 It’s crazy how He can take away something you wanted so badly… and only a few hours later give you exactly what you actually came for. And there’s something very special about this journey that medals will never show. ❤️ Being able to travel around the world doing what I love — working and competing — but also laughing, having fun, making memories and seeing friends I haven’t seen in years. That’s a blessing by itself. 🌎🥋❤️ A special thank you to @eliandrolibania and @dig_action 🙏🏽❤️ You guys played an important part in helping me get the ranking points I needed for No-Gi Worlds. I appreciate you both more than you know. 🫡 Thank you to everyone who supported me. ❤️ The points for No-Gi Worlds are secured. ✅ The rib isn’t too bad. 😂 The body is getting older, but the warrior is not tired. And the focus remains exactly the same. 🎯 And for anyone thinking about giving up, remember this: 12 months ago, I was living in pain 24/7. 10 months ago, I had a full hip replacement. Since then: 🔥 Lost over 30 kg 🔥 Rebuilt myself physically and mentally 🔥 Returned to competition 10 months after surgery: 🏆 6 competitions 🥇 9 Gold medals 🥈 2 Silver medals 🥉 1 Bronze medal I’m still here. Still working. Still dreaming. Still believing. 🙏🏽 “Your hardest chapter doesn’t have to be your last. Keep going — your comeback may be closer than you think.” ❤️‍🔥 Pressure is a privilege. 🫡 The journey continues. Osss 🙇🏽‍♂️🥋 by @djabjj
After three very tough matches today, I became once again… ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 🏆 2026 IBJJF Pan Pacific NO-GI Champion 🥇🥋 Master 1 – Heavyweight MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. 🙇🏽‍♂️ The road to the 2026 NO-GI Worlds just keeps getting better. 🫡🙇🏽‍♂️ Another step on the journey. Another challenge completed. Grateful to God, my family, my team, my students and everyone who continues to support me. ❤️🙏🏽 Thank you all for everything. ❤️ The journey continues… 🐊 #IBJJF #Jacare #4xPanPacificChampion #BJJ #JiuJitsu by @djabjj
You might look at me and ask… “HOW?” Do you know my answer? It’s simple: I’M A WINNER. Because only I truly know where I came from, what I’ve been through, and what it took to get here. The medals tell only part of my story. 🫡❤️🙇🏽‍♂️ To you who doubts yourself… To you who feels like giving up… To you living with depression… To you who feels like you don’t want to be here anymore… I’ve been in that darkness too. I’ve been so deep that I couldn’t imagine finding my way out. So please, hear me: YOU ARE IMPORTANT. YOU MATTER. YOUR LIFE IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR. You deserve love, support, and the chance to see better days—even if you can’t picture them right now. Please reach out to someone you trust. Tell them how you’re really feeling. You don’t have to face this alone, and asking for help is an act of courage. I’m grateful I’m still here. And I want you to stay too. There is hope for you, even in the darkness. One step, one day at a time. ❤️🙏❤️ by @djabjj

🙇🏽‍♂️ Looking at these photos, I see more than a growing academy. I see people who trusted me, families who believed in our vision, and a dream coming to life. ❤️🥋 Behind every step forward were challenges, sacrifices and days when I had to keep believing before I could see the results. My purpose has always been to change lives through Jiu-Jitsu. Seeing these mats full reminds me why every bit of effort is worth it. 🙏🏽 To everyone who has been part of this journey: thank you. We’re building something special together. And I’m only getting started. 😉🐊 #GCCombat #TeamLead #JiuJitsu #gratefulheart❤️ by @djabjj
🥋 BJJ MAT ETIQUETTE — GC COMBAT Respect, discipline and teamwork start with how we behave on the mats. Every student has a part to play. 🙏🏽 ✅ Bow when entering or leaving the mat. ✅ Stay quiet during instruction. ✅ Sit correctly and stay attentive. ✅ Respect your training partners. ✅ Listen without interrupting. ✅ Ask your professor before leaving the mat. ✅ Support and encourage lower belts. ✅ Line up quietly by belt rank at the end of class. ✅ Keep the mats clean. Together, we create a place where everyone can learn, grow and feel welcome. ❤️ RESPECT THE MAT. RESPECT EACH OTHER. #GCCombat #BJJ #MatEtiquette #Respect #JiuJitsu by @djabjj
🫡 Every year… Every month… Every week… Every day… Every hour… Every minute… Every second… Is another opportunity to become a better version of YOURSELF. 🫡❤️ You don’t have to wait for a new year, a new beginning, or the perfect moment. Every second is a chance to grow, learn, improve and become better than you were yesterday. The only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday. IT’S YOU AGAINST YOU. 🐊🔥 #SelfImprovement #Mindset #PersonalGrowth #Discipline #NeverStopGrowing by @djabjj

How could I ever be upset with life when I get to witness something as beautiful as this? 🥹❤️ My son and my daughter, together on the mats, sharing the same passion that has been part of my life for over 30 years. 🥋 I’ve won medals, travelled the world, chased dreams and experienced some incredible moments through Jiu-Jitsu… But nothing compares to this. ❤️ Watching my children grow, learn, support each other and fall in love with something that means so much to me is a feeling no medal or title could ever replace. One day, the medals will collect dust, the competitions will become memories… but moments like this will live in my heart forever. 🥹 I don’t need a perfect life to be happy. Sometimes, all I need is to look at what God has already blessed me with. 🙏❤️ This is my greatest victory. My real legacy. My everything. 🐊❤️ #ProudDad #BJJFamily #MyGreatestVictory #JiuJitsuLifestyle #FamilyFirst by @djabjj
