POSTS STORIES REELS

5 years. I stuck to it, stayed resilient, & stayed prayed up.

I started @collectivescorner during COVID time because I wanted to focus my time, money, & energy on something cool to build for the community. What better than things I love?

My original vision started off as a ‘pop culture experience’, but it didn’t work out due to a few reasons. Year one, we also got a 30-day notice randomly (following a short lease agreement), that the owner was selling & had to be out ASAP. I was heartbroken. Took me months, but then I found location #2 (which is now our current 7008 Maple St. location). I took the risk & went from 850 sq. ft to 3,900 sq.ft of shop space. End of Year #2 I evolved & exclusively became a trading card shop after it not working out with my original vision/business partner.

Fast forward to year 4 where I now have built a team (with the absolute BEST GM I could for now) & we hit our first $1mil revenue year after MANY trials (theft, employee issues, financial risk, etc).

Now, going into year #5, I just launched my SECOND west Omaha location a few weeks ago. I know have an INCREDIBLE team who works to create the best experience for each customer that walks through the doors. From our endless selection of Pokemon singles, the community hang out spaces, to the helpful team - I couldn’t be more blessed with the business we’ve built.

Because of where we are, I can still focus on my my full-time service @djdevondupree & have time for faith, family, travels, & fun with community & I love every day I get to work to build each business God has blessed me with.

If you or someone you know likes Pokemon or community - come check us out at one of our convenient locations! We’ll be running an extra special this weekend to celebrate 🎉

Ezra’s first day on the course! 18 holes down and not even walking yet 😂⛳️🥹 Our little golfer couldn’t wait to get a club in his tiny hands! Took all the photos for his future documentary on his PGA career… just gotta work on that walking first. 🤣

Love making these memories. 🤍🏌️‍♂️ by @djdevondupree

Half way to one… 💚

Ezra, you have changed our world & bring us so much joy. Your Daddy and Mommy love you more than words could ever describe! Your little personality is already amazing and we can’t wait to continue watching you learn and grow. Your smile, laughter and excitement for everything around you is truly so beautiful to watch.

We can’t believe how fast time is going… like how are you already 6 months old?!! Creating all these beautiful memories with you, is truly the biggest blessing. Happy 1/2 Birthday baby boo! 🎉

The most perfect day celebrating the DiFranciscas 💐This day was 100000% perfect in every way. Seeing Kate’s vision come to life of having her wedding at her childhood church and her reception at her parent’s backyard brought every level of sentimentality, sweetness, and a relaxed atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. They had people there from 10+ different states to celebrate alongside of them and after spending time with Kate and John, I absolutely would make the trip too. ❤
