A Sunday Word, Simplicity ✨🇯🇲

Sometimes it's really just about the little things...

Good company, genuine people, laughter, making memories and appreciating the moments in between all the madness.

One thing I've learnt over the years, especially working in this industry, is that not everything deserves your energy or your attention. There's always going to be noise, opinions and distractions, but I've learnt to appreciate the people, the experiences and the moments that actually matter.

Jamaica gave me plenty of those this summer. 🇯🇲❤️

Protect your peace, appreciate your people and enjoy the little things. ❤️

Happy Sunday ✨
