Top 25 at Simply Vegas Real Estate. 🥂 This one means more than I can fit in a caption. Heading into year 4 of building this business, the last two full time. Every client, every closing, every relationship has been built organically. No paid leads, no shortcuts. Just showing up every single day and earning trust one person at a time. What you don’t see are the early mornings, the late nights, the missed moments, and the days I kept going when it would’ve been easier to stop. I’ve sacrificed a lot to build this, and I’d do it all again. When I made the move to Simply Vegas this year, I wrote this goal down. Today my name is on that list among some of the most respected agents in Las Vegas, based on my own individual production. I don’t take that lightly. To my clients: thank you for trusting me with some of the biggest decisions of your lives. To my friends and family: thank you for the referrals, the support, and for believing in me before the results showed up. None of this happens without you. And to my team, the D’Kota Brodie Group: thank you for showing up and growing with me every day. You’re next up. 🔥 Cheers to year 4. Time to turn it up a notch ✨🙌🏾 #realtor #realestateagent #lasvegas #vegas #vabuyer by @dkotarealestate

Sold 🍾🎊 This one took patience. And it was worth every single day. My client was in escrow longer than anyone should have to be. When things stalled, we didn’t walk away. We brought in Chris Flores, our loan officer, and he got it done. She put $0 down. She received over $17,000 in incentives to cover her closing costs, plus a seller-paid home warranty. But what I’ll carry with me is the journey. All the calls, the check-ins, the moments of “are we there yet?” Somewhere along the way, we stopped being agent and client and became something closer. That smile in our selfie says it all. I’m so proud of her and her son for seeing this through. Now they get to walk up that paver path, through that arched entry, and into a home that’s truly theirs. They deserve this and so much more. Thank you to our team, and to Chris, for refusing to let this one slip away. At DBG, we don’t give up. We find a way forward. If you’ve been stuck in the process and starting to lose hope, reach out. Let’s find your way forward together. Sold🎉🎉 They were told “not right now.” Today they’re standing in their own driveway. This family never thought owning a home was in the cards for them. When they finally took the leap, another loan officer told them it wasn’t possible yet, and that stuck with them. I understood why they were discouraged. I also knew they deserved a second opinion. He served our country. He spends his nights as a chef on the Las Vegas Strip, cooking for people from all over the world. Now he and his wife finally have a home big enough for everyone they love. Their kids, their grandkids, every holiday and Sunday dinner, all under one roof with a room to grow. To this beautiful family: thank you for not giving up, and for letting me walk this road with you. Seeing you hold that sign meant more to me than you know. And Chris, thank you for always showing up for my clients. This is why the right team matters. If you’ve ever been told “not yet,” I’d love to take a second look with you. Sold 🎊🎊 When this family first came to me, they were planning to rent. Buying felt like something for later. I asked them to let me show them what was possible right now. Together, we made it happen with his VA loan. The seller bought down their rate, covered their closing costs, and included a home warranty. They walked away from the closing table with a check instead of writing one. But the numbers aren’t what I’ll remember. I’ll remember this day. Raiders gear on, everyone laughing, the whole family standing together as homeowners. He served as a Marine. He’s a chef that gives people in Las Vegas amazing dining experiences. And she carries Hawaii with her, the warmth, the aloha, the belief that home is wherever your ʻohana gathers. Now they have a place to gather that’s truly theirs, a kitchen where his cooking and her spirit will fill every room. To this beautiful family: thank you for trusting me with something this big. You’re not just clients to me. You’re ʻohana, and I’ll be here long after closing day. If your family has been told to wait, I’d be honored to sit down with you and walk through what’s possible. What you see is the win. What you don’t see is the 5-second funeral in my car before I walk back in like nothing happened. Social media only shows the highlight reel not the tears, not the exhaustion, not the nights I carried it all alone. Don’t compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel. We’re all just doing our best with what nobody else sees. 🤍 #realtor #lasvegas #vegas #realestateagent #real by @dkotarealestate
