When your trainer starts cracking jokes, you gotta laugh like it’s the funniest thing you’ve EVER heard. 😭😂 Anything to distract them from remembering you still got 5 reps left! At this point, I’m not working out… I’m fighting for my LIFE! #GymHumor #GymLife #FitnessMotivation #PersonalTrainer #GymReels by @dlifts._
I swear I don’t do all this when the gym is packed 😂😂 CHASE BETTER. #gym #workout #explorepage #belimitless by @dlifts._

1:07:44 ⏱️ Not the time we came for, but a PR is a PR 🤝🏾 Definitely left some time out there, but that’s part of it. Every race we learn a little more, get a little better, and keep moving the goalpost. Proud of the progress, but we got a lot more in us. Back to work. The journey continues. ⏳ #HYROX #HYROXDC #ProDoubles #BeLimitless by @dlifts._
HYROX DC. Time to find out what all the work was for. The chase continues. CHASE BETTER. by @dlifts._
HYROX NYC RECAP ⚡️🏙️😤 HYROX NYC ‘25: Men’s Open Doubles — 1:10:02 HYROX NYC ‘26: Men’s Pro Doubles — 1:08:19 A PR while making the jump from Open to Pro. That’s growth. This year taught us that HYROX is won long before race day. Running matters. Running tired matters. Learning how to push when your body wants to slow down matters. Every session, every interval, every hard conversation in training is paying off. We know exactly where we can get better, and trust us… we’re just getting started. The goal is set, and we won’t be denied. Let’s be great. Let’s be relentless. Let’s BE LIMITLESS. ⚡️ @1985photos 🎯 SharpShooter🔥🔥 #hyrox #hyroxtraining #hyroxnyc #runner #limitlessfitnessnj by @dlifts._
HYROX NYC 🏙️💥 2026 PRO DOUBLES ✅ Another HYROX in the books. Last year we tackled Open Doubles. This year we stepped up to Pro Doubles and walked away with a PR. Proud of the result, but we’re far from finished. Big shoutout to @trainlikezay. We put in the work, trusted the process, and learned a lot along the way. Now it’s time to get back to work and continue building toward the next one. HYROX DC, we’re coming for you ⚡️ To my @limitlessfitness_nj family, thank you for making this community what it is. Seeing so many members step onto the HYROX floor this weekend was incredible. The growth, support, and energy from this team is something special. Let’s keep building. Let’s keep showing up. Let’s keep proving what happens when persistence meets consistency. BE PERSISTENT. STAY CONSISTENT. BE LIMITLESS. #belimitless #hyrox #hyroxworld by @dlifts._

Round 2 of HYROX Doubles. Last year we jumped in just to get our feet wet in Open Doubles and finished in 1:10. This year is different though… there was no way we weren’t stepping it up to PRO Doubles. Now the goal is simple. Crush that time. I’m taking my running a lot more serious this year while still capitalizing on my strength. Last year I felt great running at around 225, but this year the plan is to lean out to about 210 and see what that does for my engine. The journey really started when I saw the scale hit 230 lbs in late December for the first time in my life. Right now I’m sitting around 220, and the goal is to keep dropping while holding onto the muscle. It’s a slow grind trying to cut weight while staying strong, but we’re going to get there. Race day is May 30th, so I’m bringing you all along for the process. I’ll be posting updates on the training, the runs, and where I stand along the way. (Well ima try to lol) Let’s get to work. BE LIMITLESS 💪🏾😮‍💨 #belimitless #hyrox #fitnessjourney #fitness by @dlifts._
