October is the last month of the second spring (or long summer) here, and it teaches that everything ends - even the longest summer.

Four types of touches are the most important ones:
- your hand to the heart
- hand in hand of those you love
- sand or grass on bare feet
- sunbeams to the face

Don’t chase KPIs - chase time that makes you feel@alive and recharges.

Goodbye summer 😎 by @dmitriy_bibikov

I miss my friends.
Those who left.
Those I left.
Those who went silent.
Those who now remain silent forever.

All that bullshit about loneliness turning into solitude, and that’s where the lessons come from…

How foolish “later” sounds.
Or “no time now.” Or “not the right time.”

I forgive myself for silence and delays, but does it make a difference..?

I don’t want shame, the dread of being misunderstood, or the chance of a harsh response to stand in my way.

I know that, inevitably, lights will keep going out in familiar windows, and chats will suddenly fall silent forever. But I don’t believe social pressure, or any other external circumstance, should have more power than the unique stories we’ve created over the years. by @dmitriy_bibikov

Full moon is in one day. I am always excited and grateful about it for one simple reason: I got a free timer in the sky reminding me when to switch the mode.

wtf, Dima ?! what mode? what timer?

During the era of Agile, I used to perceive work in 2-week sprints… and voilà, here comes the Moon.

Month long cycles of 2x2 week sprints:
- new moon signals ‘new starts’
- full moon signals ‘start finishing’

Power and gear up - power and gear down… staying aligned with the rhythms of the world. by @dmitriy_bibikov

Today I delved into the beats of Awarë for the first time.
And probably for the first time in years I totally teleported back to my beloved Bali vibes.

Although location felt audacious - as if the Alchemy of Ubud got a pirate-manufactured clone somewhere in the waterfront slums,.. it was charming.

There is only a handful of rejuvenating activities that stand the row with music and dance. But what makes those two magical - is the tribe. The group of 100% unique people united by rhythm.

Such evenings just feel like home.. or maybe all the previous homes we had though all the past life’s.
And the rhythm goes on. by @dmitriy_bibikov

It was a wonderful day with the amazing @dmitriy_bibikov . We made coffee, went for a walk, and talked about so many things. If you’d like to do the same, let me know in the comments😉🍂 #coffee #team #coffeehumor #walk #weekend by @dmitriy_bibikov

A story of one dinner:
don’t need a plan - follow the streets and body
don’t need a special moment - be present
don’t need to pretend or invent - stay yourself

No expectations mode and sincere curiosity combo always opened the doors to unthinkable moments. by @dmitriy_bibikov

I have a tradition to explore the fresh songs being released on the first days on January and see if there is some that resonates up to the level of being a song of my personal year.

For 2025 and the beginning of my 40th trip around the sun I was amazed with “I lived” by OneRepublic.

Truly the hymn it is:

Hope when you take that jump
You don’t fear the fall
Hope when the water rises
You built a wall
Hope when the crowd screams out
It’s screaming your name
Hope if everybody runs
You choose to stay
Hope that you fall in love
And it hurts so bad
The only way you can know
You give it all you have
And I hope that you don’t suffer
But take the pain
Hope when the moment comes you’ll say
I, I did it all
I, I did it all
I owned every second that this world could give
I saw so many places
The things that I did
Yeah, with every broken bone
I swear I lived by @dmitriy_bibikov

Let this year be gone soon leaving behind the difficulties and saving great memories; and let the new one arrive in its glory and bring joy and prosperity at all@possible variety. Just be happy 😊 by @dmitriy_bibikov

Weekend of calm joy

There are days when life is actually happening and you actually live it fully. I was lucky to have such moment over the weekend that past. No wow-activities, no aha-moments, no plans, no achievments; just grounding into the flow of life.

Thanks to my friends who finally accepted the need for propoer vacation, I appeared living in the neighboring town pet-sitting their dog. First, the change of location is refreshing; aside of new environment I had no familiar activities and interactions around me.

My setup consisted of my thoughts, playful dog, ocean, books. Pet’s social anxiety character trait is very nice in limited quantities. Every time chilling with a book I had a warm loving animal resting his had on my knees. Morover, I enjoyed so much 1-2h walks by the ocean that no attempts to put on the earpods and listen to neither podcast nor the nusic were made.

Meanwhile permanently enjoying the combination of solitude (of humans) and partnership (of a dog) my mind descended into subconscious and started gently revealing me the reasons of my recent worries and actuall desires that were lost in the flood of operational activities of the past weeks.

The time was so good that I had to take time in consideration of whether to share it at all. Anyway, here I am back relaxed, rebooted, hapy and certain to confront difficulties and enjoy it. No retreat could have given me such result - so gratefull for the unexpected opportunities and ability to say yes to them. by @dmitriy_bibikov

Everything blooms.

Either it was ugly before or always attractive as-is, everything blooms.

What really matters is the approach the plants choose.
One is waiting for the proper time;
the other is blooming whenever it wants.

As soon as you feel like blooming - buds appear: mood follows action.

So for the humans, intention to reveal the potential becomes the trigger for the potential to appear (so does the money become a result of success, not vice versa).

Certainly the climate matters also.
is it safe, is it providing or is it provoking, is it inspiring or is it challenging?..
You choose t what works for you.

You are not a tree - move!
Make a shift to where you feel like blooming is possible for you.
And shift shouldn’t mean relocation (although it may) - just initiate change.

Make a difference with your will to change.
It could be a habits, schedule, social network, books you read, food you eat, sports you do… but first of all - the thoughts and emotions that you allow to capture the most of the space in your mind and psychic space.

You are the strongest lever you’d ever have, use it. To make such change the only things you need are purpose and curiosity to explore the various paths possible to fulfill it.

Step 1: Choose to bloom;
Step 2: pick the first ‘bud’ to grow.

Is it clear? - Act.
Is it not? - Contact me.

Rest is work - do it smart:

Believe it or not, conscious breathing breaks can make a huge difference in your daily performance.

Your success is proportional to the amount of work you dedicate to it. Though consider that rest - is also a type of work that contributes to your success.

Intentional focus is crucial for making progress and living the life that you want. But there things out of our control, like external uncertainty and limited concentration stamina.

To be in charge of your power, I invite you you to play with your focus through the day.

Here are some tips that will help you bloom happiness:
- To keep focus at times you want, you must release it regularly;
- To bring focus to the external goals, you must also regularly bring it inwards;
- To achieve tangible results, you must allow yourself to recharge in nothingness.

To help implementing those in your own way, remember these three hints:
1. Breathing is living;
2. Doing nothing is a form of action;
3. Being in stillness is yet moving (in time).

Easy start is breathing a Quadrant: breath in, pause, breath out, pause; on equal count, start with 5 sec.

Act wise - live your life in cadences.
