If you’re new to my account, this is a good start into understanding the importance of your gut enterprise. You are the CEO!

🌱Half of you is actually them—50% of your cells are the organisms living in your gut.

Take the time to watch this. Your health depends on it. We published this study in MAY of 2020!!

🌱Bifidobacterium is what a healthy gut should have. Many people are losing their bifidobacteria and this is having detrimental consequences on health.

🌱Low bifidobacteria caused Covid severity. Covid in turn caused low bifidobacteria. The Covid 💉
also lowers bifidobacteria levels.

🌱Any questions? I’ve devoted a whole chapter of “The Gut Revolution” to this topic so you can arm yourself for the next pandemic.

🌱This is an excerpt from of a television interview with @healthcoachyvette and @mindviasol

You don’t want this kind of B0T0X…

🌱Sprats look like sardines or herring and this batch was distributed in NY, NJ and PA.

🌱The bacteria, Clostridium Botulinum grows spores that can occur in:

🌱Improperly canned, preserved, or fermented foods (especially low-acid home-canned vegetables, meat, fish, or corn).
• Baked potatoes wrapped tightly in aluminum foil and left at room temperature.
• Garlic or herbs stored in oil at room temperature.

🌱It’s estimated that 80% of the global population has at some point been exposed to this bacteria but it doesn’t produce symptoms in everyone.

Ask me any question about Fusobacteria

Ketosis is great, but induce it through fasting, not high fat and protein. Chapter 5 of The Gut Revolution gives you step by step guidance on how to properly do intermittent fasting.

The most commonly associated cancers are:

1-Lung cancer
2-Colon cancer
3-Leukemia
4-Bladder cancer
5-Breast cancer

🌱Ct scans can be crucial tests needed to identify and diagnose serious conditions. However, these are some ways you can be informed and proactive to MINIMIZE your risks:

🌱Speak to your doctor about alternative tests such as MRIs or ultrasounds. Sometimes CT scans are necessary but it’s always worth asking.

🌱Ask if a low dose CT scan is an option—( lung cancer screening for example). Low dose scans can provide information with up to 90% less radiation. They aren’t options for all screenings but it’s worth asking especially for a child who needs it.

Make sure the scan is absolutely needed.

This is not a fear mongering post but it’s always better to be informed and know your risks.

🌱I’m not sure if I would pay out of pocket for this test but I think it’s a good test to use annually as part of routine bloodwork and other cancer screenings for anyone with a strong family history or high risk for certain cancers.

🌱Curious to see if FDA approval will reduce cost and prompt insurance coverage.

🌱The Galleri test has been around for years. Have you done it or would you consider it?

Sunlight: UV rays work on vitamin D and the microbiome. Infrared waves work on mitochondria and energy production for a powerhouse DUO effect.

🌱PLEASE STOP EATING YOUR MEAT RARE OR MEDIUM RARE

🌱There’s a rise in colon cancer in those under 50 and while there are a few risk factors, one factor being mentioned in studies is a specific toxin called colibactin which affects DNA repair in colon cells and is released by certain strains of E. coli that can come from eating undercooked or uncooked meat.

In fact, some of the research is linking the rise to outbreaks in recent years to infected hamburger meat.

Please share this post. Almost every week lately, I hear of or see someone who is diagnosed with colon cancer or has precancerous polyps.
