Helping First Time Single Family Home

30 Families Helped In 2026!🏡
Educating My Clients To Make Wise Decisions📊

POSTS STORIES REELS

🔑 LEASED! | 14053 Spurlock Ln 4, Gardena, CA

This one was a little more personal. ❤️ My uncle reached out when he found the right rental opportunity, and I got to work.

With over 30 applicants competing for the unit, we knew communication and putting our best foot forward mattered.

Through preparation, responsiveness, and the reputation we’ve built, we were able to get it done! 🤝🏡

Real estate is built on relationships, and getting to help family makes it even more meaningful.

Congratulations to my uncle on securing his new place before Halloween!🎃🔑

🎙️ Q4 is here and I’m closer than ever to a goal I set almost a year ago.

I sat down with one of our team leaders. @robertrobertoiv , to talk about the journey from setting that goal last November to almost reaching it.

But what’s been more meaningful than the number itself is what’s happened along the way.

The growth of the team.
The leadership opportunities.
The accountability.
And the difference Rise South Bay has made in how we’re building our business moving forward.

If you’re an agent watching this and you’ve been on the fence about making a move, watch the last 20 seconds. 👀

That’s the part I really want you to hear.

🏡 WHAT IF YOU COULD DESIGN YOUR NEXT HOME? 🔨

Manhattan Beach | 10th Street, just 1–2 blocks from Polliwog Park! 🏖️

At Hu & Blue, we don’t just sell homes. We invest in, renovate, and create homes for our buyers.

We’re working on a new project featuring:
🛏️ 3-bedroom, 2-bath main home
🏡 Detached studio
🚗 Two-car garage

✨ The exciting part? If purchased off-market during the renovation, you’ll have the opportunity to select the finishes and make this custom home your own.

📩 Interested in learning more or making this home your own? DM me “10th Street” for details!

🏡 LEASED! | 2110 Rockefeller Ln 2, Redondo Beach

This one started at an open house. 👋
I was hosting an open house for my partner @christinatblue , who was managing the listing, when I met the clients who would eventually lease the home.

We were able to double-end the transaction representing both sides and making the process a smooth transition for both the tenant and seller. 🤝

It’s a great reminder that sometimes the opportunities you’re looking for start with simply showing up, doing your job well, and taking care of people.

Congratulations to my clients on their new home! 🔑🏡

🔨 Walking through my partner Jackie’s fix & flip project today.

This one is special because it was also one of her first homes that she lived in long ago that was a reasoning for her and partner interest in real estate investing/construction.

Seeing a house like this before the transformation is a good reminder of why I love being involved in real estate from the investor side.

You learn what big projects actually look like, what to expect, what can go wrong, and most importantly how to see the potential in a home that other people might overlook.

🏡 That experience matters when you’re helping clients buy, sell, or invest.

We’re not just Realtors talking about real estate.
We’re actually in it.

Excited to see what @jackiegracehu turns this into. 🔥

🏡 JUST CLOSED | 17808 Olive Ct, Carson, CA

Today, I get to hand over the keys. 🔑

What I love about real estate is that the final result can look simple from the outside but behind those three steps were weeks of communication, follow-ups, coordination, problem-solving, and making sure every piece stayed on track.

Offer accepted → Escrow → Closed.

From coordinating HOA documents and working alongside the lending team to navigating the inspection process, there were plenty of moving parts throughout this escrow. Even though we didn’t have a lot of leverage when it came to repairs, we still went to work and were able to secure a $5,879 credit for my client. 💰

Today, I get to hand him the keys. 🗝️🏡
Congratulations to my client and welcome home!
I’m grateful for the trust, the opportunity to serve, and everything this transaction taught me along the way.
This is the part of real estate you don’t always see on Instagram.

The calls.
The follow-ups.
The coordination.
The problems that need solving.
The little details that have to be handled.

And then one day, you get to hand over the keys.

That’s the job. And I wouldn’t trade it.

Why do some South Bay homes sell in a few days while others sit for weeks?

It’s not always about price.

There’s a lot that goes into how buyers perceive a home before they ever make an offer.

I break down some of the biggest factors in my newest YouTube video.

🏡 ESCROW OPEN at 17808 Olive Ct, Carson, CA 90746

Sometimes the best opportunities require you to move fast.

My clients reached out to me through Zillow about this Carson condo. It had only been on the market for 4 days, and at the price it was listed, I knew we couldn’t wait around.

They loved the home, so we got to work.

🔎 After doing my due diligence, I discovered we were competing against 2 other offers.

From there, preparation, strategy, and relationships mattered.

Because of the relationship I’ve built with the listing agent and the reputation, history, and work ethic my team and I bring to every transaction we were able to secure the home.

💰 We strategically secured it for $600,000, only $20,000 over asking, while similar condos nearby were selling around $625,000–$650,000.

The goal wasn’t simply to win.

It was to win while making sure my clients were making a smart financial decision.

Congratulations to my clients and the soon-to-be homeowners! 🎉🔑

This is why preparation matters.

🏡 The goal wasn’t just to win the house. It was to win it without overpaying.

The Palmer family was competing on two homes one in Torrance and one in Gardena. I had a feeling the Torrance home was going to push beyond what they wanted to spend.

Then we found the Gardena home.

📍 It was in a pocket of Gardena they loved, right on the border of Torrance, and it checked almost every box they were looking for.

The problem? There were multiple offers. So instead of simply throwing our highest number at the seller, we used an escalation clause and my strategy worked.

The Palmers won the home while only paying $1,000 more than the next highest offer. That meant they got the home they loved without unnecessarily paying more than they needed to. To me, that’s what representation is about. It’s not just about getting your offer accepted. It’s about having a strategy, understanding the competition, and protecting your money along the way.

I’m incredibly happy for the Palmer family and grateful they trusted me to help them through the process. ❤️

If you’re looking to buy in Gardena, Torrance, or anywhere in the South Bay, let’s talk before you start making offers.

Some open houses are for new coffee shops and finishing up books.🏡☕️ by @doinggreatre

🏡 If I were selling my own home, this is where I’d start.

Before you think about remodeling your kitchen or replacing your floors, focus on the basics.

✅ Declutter your space.
🔨 Handle the small repairs.
📋 Create a strategy before investing in updates.

Every home is different, and not every improvement adds value. That’s why having a plan before listing can help you maximize your home’s potential.

📍Thinking about selling in the South Bay? I’d be happy to walk through your home and help you decide what makes sense and what doesn’t.

📩 Send me a DM if selling is on your radar.

🏡 Thinking about selling your home? Start here.

One of the biggest mistakes I see homeowners make is relying solely on online home value estimates.

While they’re a helpful starting point, they don’t tell the full story.

📈 Your upgrades matter.
📍 Your location matters.
🏠 Your home’s condition matters.
💰 And the current market matters.

Before you decide to sell, make sure you’re working with accurate information not just an algorithm.

Thinking about selling in the South Bay? I’d be happy to help you understand what your home could be worth.
