Busy being a frend.
POSTS STORIES REELS
We celebrated Halloween, and Tales of Terror from the Tomb Zoom Day (trademarked by @medicinalmaggotry and @venus_lietrap) early at the Honey Jar yesterday. Thanks to our friends @thehivecollaborativemn for being a lovely place to make and see live theatre (don’t miss Trail to Oregon!) and the tenderest of thanks to all the wonderful folks in this photo and the folks who joined us in celebrating, even if the majority was in total darkness. 🔦 @rofloflo @blackoutimprovcomedy @adventure_queer @riddle_enough @negritejade @elizajay26 @1blackdorian @ej_vocu by @dollywhoproductions
📣 The next Honey Jar at @thehivecollaborativemn is going to be a spooky one! Join me, @rofoflo, the cast of @mnfringe 2026’s DOOZY, and the cast of @blackoutimprovcomedy for a special edition of our improv variety show inspired by that odd window of time right after Halloween and just before “the holidays.” This improvised evening may or may not include: 👻 Puppets 🎉 Celebrations 🕺🏽 Effortless swag 🧛🏼 Twilight references 🔥 Scary stories 💫 and a surprise or two! 🎫 Sliding scale tickets at the link in bio or get them ar the door. Popcorn, refreshments, themed bathrooms, and good vibes included. #minnesota #twincities #spookyseason by @dollywhoproductions
Thanks to everyone who came out to see DOOZY! This show was brought to life with a lot of tender love and care by @adventure_queer, and @riddle_enough, and @madison_cody, and @erikostrom and with expert support from @rofloflo and @_alexandriavalentine__ and @jillybee72 and @alsadaactor. Thank you to @openeyetheatre and our awesome technicians Eme and Zo, our house staff, and all the volunteers and teams that make @mnfringe happen. Thanks for being a frend, and bye (for now)…💛 by @dollywhoproductions
Bringing a little stash of “How to be a Frend” zines (made by Doozy, not me) to the last show of DOOZY today at @openeyetheatre for @mnfringe. Some neat tips in there if you so choose to take one home with you. by @dollywhoproductions
There is one more DOOZY, and then they are gone forever… (for now). If you’ve got a little time and want to get twirly with us, then we hope you’ll be there tomorrow at @openeyetheatre + @mnfringe. 📸 @alexthelightnerd 💫 by @dollywhoproductions
It may not seem like it in this photo, but I am a forever fan of the one and only Jill Bernard (@jillybee72). Yesterday Jill guest starred as “Fake Doozy” for DOOZY at @mnfringe and I was reminded, once again, that Jill is a brilliant artist, and so hilarious, and a human that creates joy wherever she goes. Thank you, Jill, for being a frend! Also, if you’re out and about Fringing here in MN, catch Jill in @localmusicsceneimprov this weekend! 🎶 📸 @saraerdman 💫 by @dollywhoproductions
Thanks to everybody who’s come out to see DOOZY at @mnfringe. I owe another really big thanks to my pal @rofloflo for his star turn as “Fake/Other Doozy” these last 2 shows! Don’t miss Ross in @moralofthestoryproductions’s A Real Piece of Work at @theatre_in_the_round through the weekend. Throwing in another thanks to my darling and my sister @_alexandriavalentine__ for Doozying it up spectacularly for our opening night. I may or may not possess knowledge that my other super talented and cool pal @jillybee72 will be sighted at tonight’s 10pm show… Anyway, you can find @adventure_queer, @riddle_enough, @erikostrom, @madison_cody, DOOZY, and me at the lovely @openeyetheatre, playing our game. 📸 @alexthelightnerd 💫 by @dollywhoproductions
Thank you to everyone who’s said a kind word, or really any word, about DOOZY. DOOZY has been reading all of your comments and is currently cackling with abandon in the corner, which, for DOOZY, is a very good sign. 🖤 Our next two shows, tonight, 8/11, and tomorrow, 8/12, or both BOGO using the code BFF on @mnfringe’s website. See you soon at one of my favorite places in the world, @openeyetheatre. 👁️ by @dollywhoproductions
What do taxes have to do with DOOZY at @mnfringe? You tell me…anyways, we’re doing the show again tomorrow at 8:30pm at @openeyetheatre. Will you be there? by @dollywhoproductions
DOOZY is happening again today at @openeyetheatre as part of @mnfringe. That is the extent of the knowledge I have, I know nothing else and have this awful feeling that I’m missing something. 📸 @saraerdman 💫 by @dollywhoproductions
DOOZY is out and about @openeyetheatre for @mnfringe. We just opened and I’m so grateful to the folks in this picture for being super awesome thoughtful and creative artists and just super cool and kind pals. Thanks to everyone who joined us tonight, we’ll do it again tomorrow. 👀 by @dollywhoproductions
I’m sure I forgot something really important, but I just can’t remember what it is. Anyways, see you soon at @mnfringe. by @dollywhoproductions
