Rockstar Reset - Reset like a rockstar
POSTS STORIES REELS
It's my birthday, seemed like the right day to put this into the world. 🔥Quick update - @rockstarreset volume 1 was sold out and a big success and therefore we're thinking about volume 2.. Join the waitlist to be first in line. 👉Rockstarreset.C0M For years, I’ve been living life at full volume, touring, traveling, performing, in environments where there’s no real room for burnout, and not much room for recovery either. So you learn how to reset anyway. How to get your energy back when things don’t slow down. And that’s not just a touring thing. Most people I talk to are dealing with the same thing in their own way, work, life, responsibility, constant noise. That’s where this comes from. Not a bootcamp. Not a performance thing. Not a “fix your life” retreat. Just a few days to slow things down, move a bit, breathe and find your rhythm again. It’s called Rockstar Reset. We’re heading to southern Spain this September. Small group. Real reset. And if you’ve been following a bit closer on my Instagram Subscriptions this wasn’t a surprise. I shared it there first, and it means a lot that some of you are already booked and coming with me. There are only 17 places in total. Some are already gone. If you want in - don’t wait too long. See you there. Find everything about Rockstar Reset 👉 doncrash.com by @doncrash
You guys be the judge! I'm @doncrash, long-haired drummer from Scandinavia, touring the world with my band. I grew up on legends like him. Now I’m doing my part to keep rock alive. Follow to see where this long haired adventure goes next🤟🏻🖤 I've been really emotional and sad the past days since the passing of a true legend. This is just a fun coincidence that I wanted to share, sent to me by a fan. I have nothing but love and respect for Ozzy Osbourne and his family going through a tough time right now. In fact, when I was a teenager I loved playing Black Sabbath and Ozzy tunes on drums and I still do. And a few years back I got the opportunity to share stage with Ozzy at a festival in Spain, playing just before him with my band @heatsweden. A memory for Life. There's more of this long hair, and maybe a few surprises, on my profile. Dive in if you dare. #ozzyosbourne #doncrash by @doncrash
It keeps happening to me 💔 please send help @londonstickco by @doncrash
@mikeportnoy for president please. This drum beat is simply genius. I've always loved it. Recorded with yamaha EAD50. by @doncrash
What I’ve learned from touring the world with my band is that the rock’n’roll lifestyle is great at giving you stories. I love the music. I love the energy. I love the people. I just don’t think destroying yourself has to be part of the deal every time… you know? So I tried something!! I invited rockers and metalheads to a beautiful resort in southern Spain to hike, talk about physical and mental health, hang out, laugh, cuddle some dogs in need of love and do light training with heavy music! Still rock’n’roll. Still loud. Just with slightly better life choices. 😄 People came!! From more than 10 countries! A lot of them came alone. And somehow, somewhere between the workouts, the mountains, the pool, the music and the conversations, this little group became a real community. To everyone who took a chance on the first one: thank you. You made it what it was. 🖤 So... Should we do this again? And if we do… who’s coming next time ?! /@doncrash RockstarReset.C0M @rockstarreset by @doncrash
Back to the rhythm by H.E.A.T . Having some fun with my new yellow darling and my new mixing desk ead50. I mounted a GoPro to film the pedals, never noticed my foot jumping around like that from side to side! 😅 👣 . #heatsweden #rockmusic #hairgoals #doncrash #80srock by @doncrash
Rockstar Reset is officially SOLD OUT!!! 🥳🔥 This is honestly kind of insane! A few months ago, @rockstarreset was just an idea in the head of a slightly crazy Swedish drummer. (That’s me! 👋🏻) And now there are actual people booking flights, packing bags and coming to Spain to do this thing with me, Coach Henrik Valis, Kenny Leckremo, Viktor Diaz and more. What makes me even happier is WHY people are joining. They’ve been inspired by the idea that you can love rock’n’roll, live life at full speed, and still take care of yourself. And what’s even cooler is that many of them have already started doing something about it. People have told me they’ve signed up for a gym. They’ve sent me videos of themselves jogging up stairs. They’ve started training, moving more and taking charge of their health in different ways, and they’ve been sending me updates. That is so damn cool. Because we haven’t even started the first Rockstar Reset yet!! If this crazy idea has already given someone that little push to start taking better care of themselves… man, that might actually be the coolest part of all of this for me. I’m incredibly proud of that. And I’m incredibly proud of you! My own life is pretty full-on. Touring, traveling, music, work, family, projects, chaos. I don’t want a quieter life. I want to be strong enough, healthy enough and have enough energy to enjoy the life I already have, and do all the things I still want to do. And apparently there are a lot of people out there who feel the same way. So yeah… The first Rockstar Reset is SOLD OUT. The Estepona group is complete. 🌴 And in two weeks this crazy little idea becomes a real thing. 🇪🇸🔥 But I’m starting to think this might only be the beginning… If you’ve had your eye on Rockstar Reset but didn’t get the chance to come this time, go to DonCrash.com and sign up with your email. That way, you’ll be the first to know what’s next. Now we pack our bags. See you by the pool. 🖤 It’s the final countdown… 🎶 by @doncrash
Rate my jazz.. What do we play next? Bill Ward was originally a jazz drummer and ended up in one of the biggest heavy metal bands of all time. I had such a good time trying to play like him Who's got another fun challenge for me? #Blacksabbath #drums #heatsweden #ozzyosbourne #ead50 by @doncrash
It’s starting to feel very real now! In less than a month, we’ll be in southern Spain for the very first Rockstar Reset! When I first started talking about Rockstar Reset, I honestly had no idea if anyone would actually get on a plane, fly to Spain do this with me and Coach Henrik. Well… shit! It’s happening. We’re less than a month away, 14 people are booked and only 3 spots are left. Am I excited? Hell yes. Am I nervous? Also yes. Do I need a reset? Absolutely. It feels like H.E.A.T. has played every festival in Europe this summer, so trust me, I’m ready for this too. We are also working hard on ehm... " Future heat stuff"... (Don't tell anyone). I’m really looking forward to doing it together with you. People are coming from different countries. Some from far away. Some are coming alone. Many have never met each other before. And somehow in just a few weeks, we’re all going to share this slightly crazy experience in the name of rock n roll at a stunningly beautiful resort between the mountains and the sea. But let's not forget! We’re also bringing in Kenny Leckremo as our Special Guest Speaker - one of the most ridiculously powerful frontmen I know, to share his story, kick back and spend some quality downtime with us. Light training, Heavy music and a full reset! Nature. Conversations. Music. Some quiet. (Probably some noise too). There are three spots left. This is probably last call. See you by the pool! 🍹🤘 👉 Book now at doncrash.com / Don & Henrik by @doncrash
Still rock and roll. But with a pool. At the end of September, we’re shifting down a gear for five days in Southern Spain. Light training. Heavy music. Good food. Nature. Sunshine. At a really magical resort. We’re also bringing in Kenny Leckremo as our Special Guest Speaker — frontman of @heatsweden, featured vocalist with @avantasia, and one of the most powerful voices in rock today. 14 people are already booked. Only 3 spots left. Rockstar Reset September 27 – October 2 Estepona, Spain More at doncrash.com by @doncrash
Rock n roll Viking therapy ✅ Join me by the fire 🔥 Less than a month and only 3 spots left to my retreat @rockstarreset -Cortisol free, mental and physical reset in the name of rock n roll with yours truly and @kennyleckremo ✨ by @doncrash
Blasting Dolly Parton extra loud tonight. Another legend has left this world. Not a lot of artists are relevant through the decades and leave an impact the way Dolly Parton has. What better way to celebrate the music and the artists we love than by to listening to their music, keeping their contribution to the world in our collective memory. Somehow I never listened to her voice the way I did tonight, do you feel the same? #longhairmen #doncrash #dollyparton #joline #mustang by @doncrash
